After Elena's coronation a large number of reforms was written. The corruption of the Nyandor council was made clear to her and she was kept busy for a very long time in trying to set things right. The people grew to love her while the nobles seemed to despise her as their easy living was suddenly swept up from under them. She would rule for many decades and like her partner Eldarin she would take on many lovers in her time, enjoying the art of sex and therefore would bare up to five children, all would grow up to be successful in their own way.She would buried in the old family tomb in the Dales as per her request. But she broke tradition when Eldarin would join her when his time came at a very old age.

Elena would rise to legends, onto the same messiah stature as Nyandel before her and statues would be placed in her honor. The books later written about her adventures with the party would go on to be a massive success, particular with hormone driven teens having her as a role model.

Eldarin would continue to train with Rainar for a few more years before becoming a full fledged mage, mastering more than just battle magic. Eventually he would become a far more accomplished master than Rainar and reach the same level as that of Kharanor. He pushed the boundaries of magical knowledge for the humans of the Nyandor empire by rewriting the schools of magic to allow for further studies, better invention of spells and overall far better effectiveness.

He also further followed in Kharanor's footsteps by opening the Nyandor academy of magic where many young ones could be sent to study and train to use their powers for good. A wish that came from his wish of not letting another gifted child suffer trough the same tragedy he did. Just before its grand opening he went back to the Dales where his family cabin used to be. It was nothing more than a pile of burned and broken wood left. The tombstones lied in front of it with their names inscribed. He saw then something he missed in the past. Right under their names was the line written "It wasn't your fault". Eldarin fell to his knees and cried for it yet again. All this time he blamed himself while his parents had tried to tell him not to...he remembered that night...he already knew of his gift was was excited about it. But then one night he thought he saw something outside the window at night and it scared him. The fire in the kitchen blew up and set the cabin on fire. He managed to climb out of the window but his parents were still asleep. He only yelled at them to get out to late and the smoke had infected their lungs. They died soon after, leaving him alone. They had tried to go for help but they lived alone, far away from the nearest town. They died that night along the road soon after a band of traveling treasure hunters stumbled upon them. They must have told them what to put on their tombstones as Eldarin was to upset for comfort, crying and screaming the entire time, falling trough a emotional breakdown. They must have tried to tell him....and he was to upset over the house to listen...

The treasure hunters brought him to the nobles castle after burying them. Elena's mother was one of the first to spot him and he remembered her face. How she looked so saddened for his case. And how she to broke down crying when the men told her their story. She had fallen to her knees and hugged him, promising to take him in. It was then he vowed never to use magic again, a decision that would have killed him had he not broken it..

Dura went back to Kandiva shortly with the orcs to handle some orc business, that's what she called it anyway. But soon she went back, feeling more at home at Nyandor. She traveled with Rebecka to track down her father and learn the truth, the spirits guiding her. After her past was settled she ruled as orc queen for many years and sending the axe back to its resting place upon her deathbed as tradition.

Rebecka was made captain of the royal guard, continuing her duty of protecting Elena. She passed down the knowledge of the monks onto her branch of the military who's sole purpose was to protect the royal family and therefore the royal guards rose as legends among all other branches. Many sought to join their ranks but only the absolute best ever made it into their ranks.

With Elena now as empress Robert finally had more than enough resources to make his plans come true. His inventions would go on to change the face of the entire continent and the way humans and elven allies lived, ushering them into a new era of progress and science. His "train" invention would revolutionize the transport business, carrying massive amounts of resources over long distances. It, like many other things, would be powered by the strange crystal called etherium. He had worked alongside Eldarin to figure out how to harvest its magic even without being gifted. Etherium became the lifeblood of the empire, being mined on a scale never seeing before and quickly advanced them from their weakened state to a superpower on the world stage again.

Mira and Mirajine lead the sun empire for many years, ridding the corruption left behind by their med brother. Their friendship, and physical attraction, to Elena and Eldarin never faded and their rather intimate relationship was common knowledge leading to them having heirs to both royal families. It was treated as a symbol of their new found friendship tough but would create a rather confusing family tree a few generations down the line..

Morrigan became a wise and strong leader for her viking hold, the snow wolves. Many was worried about the old ways as the world changed around them but she assured them that they would be fine. The hold changed with the world as the other vikings remained behind in the same stage.

The snow wolves would often work together with the empire and the orcs against many incoming threats, the soldiers of the south admiring their skill in battle. Morrigan herself never hid her affection for Eldarin and the two remained close to the point of her carrying his child. A powerful son that would reach the level of grand masters in order to honor his legacy.

The factions who fought together during the war remained allied. The refuge alliance, or the alliance for short, would shape the world with their sudden amount of resources and shared power. Other races would grow worried about this, even the dwarves who so far preferred to remain neutral and seek the hammer and anvil of their patron god Azmadon.

The shift in power in the world was sudden and unexpected but empress Elena tried to assure them that the dwarves was still respected by humans and formed many trading deals with them. A new flux of dwarven made gear made their south and became highly sought after by adventurers, mercenaries and treasure hunters. Still their worries never subsided even with all that money rolling in.

The dark elves was free from their curse once they began falling pregnant again. They remained within Nyandor and remained extremely loyal to the royal family, always remaining vigilant of any threats. The shadow wardens changed to the shadow eyes. "The eyes of the empress always watching" was their slogan. Many people would fear them, creating ghost like stories of how they abducted people in the darkness. Almost every one was lies.

The western empire embraced their fellow humans ,following in the era of progress. The machines were mostly kept offshore and many wanted to preserve their culture which was to be respected at all costs.

For now it seemed as if the world entered a era of peace. But peace never lasts long and even during Elena's rule conflicts would spring up. None was quite as damaging as the Aztar war tough. People lived, people died. Progress was made and with it new problems strung up. Change came to the old world as it had done in the past.
