"Just Friends"

Part 6

Alexa POV 

Mav and I got up silently and went outside. It was a warm night with a slight refreshing breeze that smelt of Autumn. We were silent, waking in the park in the dark.(😂😉) 

M: did you really mean that? When you said I turn you on?

A: yes I did. Did you mean it when you said you liked me.. like.. like like?

Mav stared into your eyes. You could get lost in his. He slowly caressed your cheek and cupped you face in his hands. He came slowly done and your lips crashed. You wrapped your arms around his neck and he held you by your waist. I could stay like this forever with him. He pulled away slowly, you bitt your lip nervously.

M: does that answer your question? *he said with a smirk*

A: yeah it does. *you kissed him on the cheek and continued walking on*

You headed back to the Bakers house, hands intertwined. You guys entered Lani's room. Only Josh and Celine were there.

Josh: Mycheal and Dianna decided it was time for them to "take eachother". I gave them protection.

Celine: we've been sitting here waiting for you guys. Let's watch a scary movie! 

She jumped up and out in The Babysitter. They all know I hate scary movies. I sat next to Mav with Dianna and Mycheal (after their intense makeout session) sitting next to us, Celine took the bean bag and Josh lay down in the single sofa by the window. The movie began and I began huddling up closer to Mav, his arm wrapped around me holding me closer. Shockingly... I found my eyes drifting to sleep.

-Time Skip to Moring-

I woke up with a sudden jolt, I looked up at an unfamiliar ceiling. Where was I? I looked around and saw myself surrounded by my friends. We had fallen asleep watching a scary movie on the sofas. I slowly got up and went to the kitchen. Might as well surprise them with pancakes, they'll like that. 10 minutes late two strong arms wrpped me around my waist, I looked up and saw Mav's blue eye looking down at me, I leaned in and gave him a quick kiss. He blushed a little, then we stood there in silence enjoying eachothers company. 

A: Hey... 

M: mmmm baby

*chills went through me hearing him say that*

A: we have to go wake the  up.

He unleashed his arms around me and went around nudging everyone up quietly won't as polite as he could be. No one got up. So I had a different tactic. I got up onto the coffee table and shouted at the top of my lungs whikat grabbing and throwing pillows at them.

A: WAKE UP!!!! DINASOUR ATTACK!!!

Celine jumped up almost immediately, and Mycheal grabbed Dianna close to him. I burst out laughing cuz Josh fell of the sofa. Mav and I started laughing. Celine threw the pillow back at making you fall back into Mav's arms.

Celine: what the hell LEX?!?!??

A: I made pancakes!

Everyone ran to the kitchen and started dishing out the pancakes. I myslef had saved Mav and I some in the miscrowave for this exact reason, by the time they had all sat down- everything was gone. I giggled to myself as I got out our plates. We talked all morning, all the girls went up into Lani's room and woke her up- the boys did the same to Cash and my brother Aston. We all got changed, me being the quick one got changed first then all the questions came.

Lani: are you and Mav a thing?

Celine: have you kissed yet?

Dianna: have you guys actually bought this through with his fans and stuff?

Alexa: guys guys calm down. Okay, we have kissed and I'm not sure what we are. I don't know what he's going to do- it's his choice.

I ran down the stairs into the kitchen for some water. I sat on the counter with my legs dangling from the edge. Mav came down the stairs and walked up straight to me,I could drown in his eyes.

Mav: how's my baby doing?

Alexa: oh Maverick Baker, What am I going to do with you? * I wrapped my legs and arms round him pulling him closer*

Mav: well I have a few ideas. * he put his hands on my waist*

Alexa: oh really? Is this one? * I leant in a kissed him. The energy and passion that was in this kiss was unbearable- I needed more of him. I had to get it. My hands ran through his blonde fluffy hair as his hands roamed my bear stomach (I was wearing a crop jersey).

Cash: I guess I'm going to have to get used to this sight aren't I? My sister kissing my brother. Wow.

Mav and I pulled apart and looked ok Cash's direction, he didn't turn to us and kept waking straight.

Mav: it's not what it looks like Cash...

Cash: really Mav? Cuz it looks like you were making out with my best friends sister on the kitchen table. Am I right?

Alexa: Well I kissed him first this time, Cash, so don't get mad.

Cash: I'm not mad, but Aston might be.

I looked up at Mav then down to the ground and I jumped off the counter. Aston came into the room breaking the awkward silence.

Cash: MAVERICK AND ALEXA WERE MAKING OUT! *he spat out the words like fire*

Mav and Alexa: What the heck Cash?!

Cash ran up the stairs back to his room with Mav chasing him furiously.

Aston: is this tru Lex?

Alexa: yes Aston it is true. And it's not the first or last time we will or have kissed- so please just try get used to it. 

Aston: I don't want him hurting you Lex.

Alexa: he would never do that to me.
