  I quickly ran and picked Rachel up, walked quickly and carefully to the nurses with her in my arm "nurse please help my girlfriend fainted she is also 2 months pregnant" finn says rapidly "okay put her down on chair and let me get the ultrasound Machine" the nurse tells me why do high schools have those?? Does every teenage girl get pregnant??? Anyways "okay here is the baby perfectly healthy and the heartbeat is strong. Nothing to be worried about, you can stay here and wait for her to wake up" the nurse says and I say a quick thank you.

A few minutes later I see puck run through the door saying "is she okay? What happened? Is the baby alright?? Oh my god I feel stupid this is all my fault if I would have just waited maybe she wouldn't have fainted.. Finn I'm so sorry I just care about her way to much I didn't mean the things I said to you or her that day I just miss my best friend and my sister please forgive me I don't know what I was going on that day please" pick rambled while crying "Noah it's okay I f-forgive you" I hear Rachel say "omg your awake" I said kissing her head "twin I am so sorry about the fight we had I miss you so much please come home we can have our movie nights in the theater room or we can go to New York just for fun tonight maybe go out to dinner you could bring finn, Quinn, Santana and Kurt anyone you want.. rachie I will do anything to get your trust back and to get you to come back home please come home" puck says to his sister "Noah,, I love you okay you don't need to get me anything to gain my trust back I just want you to be supportive of my decisions with mine and Finns baby that's all I want also I think I could come back tonight and we can have our movie night just like in New York but then I have to go back to Finns Because they can help me and I know you can to but I want to wait for mom and dad to come back in 3 days also you can pick me up everyday from Finns house me finn and Kurt so we can still be with eachother but this can only happen if you can be my supportive brother okay can you be supportive of me and Finn?" Rachel pleaseds to her brother while I was holding her hand in comfort "yes of course I will be supportive of you and Finn" puck says "then movie night it is" Rachel says excited

I see puck get up and yell a quick goodbye getting to class for once or just to screw Quinn again anyways I'm happy my baby is happy she deserves everything I kiss her lips as she deepens it cause us to makeout in the nurses office she goes to pull my shirt up when I stop her and say "babe we are in the nurses office" "my hormones are everywhere I'm sorry" she says about to cry "baby no it's okay we could possibly go into the janitors closet if your hormones are still crazy" I whisper in her ear "let's go" she says grabbing my hand and leading us to the nearest closet as soon as we get inside we get blinded by puck and Quinn going at it I quickly put my hands over Rachels eyes and close mine the shut the door "oh my god my eyes are burning,, suddenly my hormones are perfectly fine" Rachel says "awe well maybe during lunch we can" I said kissing her neck "maybe oh it's time for 3rd hour let's go" she says as my hands are still wrapped around her waist.
