“I went down to the kitchen to have my breakfast.

“Good morning my dear.” My mom greeted me.

        “Hi Kyle!” Erica greeted me.

“Hey. Um, what are you doing here?” I asked her.

“She’s eating cookies my dear.” My mom answered my question to Erica.

“I was going to fetch you up when your mom invited me in and gave this delicious cookies. She said that you are still in bed so I decided to wait you.” Erica answered. “I didn’t know that your mom is good in baking cookies.” She added.

“Oh thank you my dear.” My mom was flattered. “Here is your breakfast my dear.” Mom gave my breakfast in plate. “I’ll beat the balcony if you need anything.” She added.

After eating breakfast we went to school. While walking with her I notice that she talks too much. But then I came to realize that she is a girl and it is a past in their nature.

“Klyde!” Tyler called my attention from a distance.

“See you later Kyle.” Erica said and flew away avoiding Tyler.

“Klyde I need your help.” Tyler looks like a person who doesn’t know what to do.

        “Why? What happened?” I asked

“Erica broke up with me yesterday.” Tyler stated.

“I know, she told me yesterday at the lighthouse. She was badly hurt.” I told Tyler.

“I need you to help her recover for me please.” His begging my sincerely.

It seems that Tyler still love Erica, that even though the broke up with each other he wanted Erica to be on a good condition not only when he is in her sight but also when Erica is alone on her room.

“During the break up she seemed to be ok and fine so I agreed to broke up with her but then I saw her crying in her room last night.” He said. “I wish I didn’t broke up with her.” He added.

I really don’t know what to say.

“I’ll do my best but I can’t promise that she will be fully recovered. Brake ups leave a scar that marks deeply in our hearts. We should make her think that the only person who can help her is her own self. I need you to keep distance on her for me to do my job. Can I count on you?” I explained my plan.

“Ok don’t worry I’ll keep that in mind. Thanks bro.” He accepted his part on the plan.

“I actually don’t know if this could really work.” I admitted.

“We will never know if we will never try.” He said.

That time I saw something in his eyes; his persuasive spirit burning in hope that pushing me to test and try my plan.

“Yeah you’re right! Let’s do it.” I agreed.

“Well then see you later.” He said.

“Hey wait where are yougoing?” I asked him.

“Staying away from you.” He answered.

“I said that you keep distance from Erica not to me.” I elaborated.

“Erica would go near you if she sees that I am with you.” He explained.

“Oh… Yeah you’re right.” I realized. “Well then, see you later.” I added.

I went to the classroom to attend the morning session.

        . . .

After the last period I approached Erica,

“Hey, Erica can I invite you to a lunch?” I asked.

“Sure.” She accepted. “Actually I’m going to invite you also to a lunch but you came first.” She added.

        “So, let’s go?” I asked.

        “Let’s go.” She answered.

“Let me carry that bag for you.” I suggested.

“Thank you you’re so kind.” She was flattered.

I didn’t know that her bag weight 5 kilos.

“How can a girl like you carry this heavy bag of yours?” I curiously asked.

“Simple, I’m ‘Supergirl’.” She cracked a joke.
