Y/n's POV:

The rest of the clan met the two of us at the high school. The school was already in chaos when we got there. Mikoto threw a fire ball at a statue which broke. Izumo pulled out a bull horn. "We are trying to locate a friend of ours we have posted a picture of him every where so take a look. If you have any formation about him please let the nearest member of HOMRA know." He said. He looked at Mikoto and asked, "So you want us to find the boy on the video at which point we are done?" "Yeah. Just see to it that you guys find that kid." He replied before walking off. "I see that's so that's how you treat us.." Izumo muttered under his breath. He turned around to the clan. "Find Totsuka's murder even if you have to tear this place a part!" He shouted at us. The clan ran off in all directions.

"Huh? Wait where's the king going?" Yata asked. "Don't worry about him. He can take care of himself. For now focusing on the task you've been assigned. Well go on. Get going Yata." Izumo said to him. Yata ran off without saying a word. I shot Izumo a sideways glance as he and Anna went after Mikoto. I didn't follow them. I stayed behind to help the rest of the clan search for Tatara's murder. "HOMRA is now in complete control of the high school. I repeat HOMRA is now in complete control of the high school." Izumo got a call and answered it. "Oh Yata! I see well it didn't take them long at all keep me posted. Let me know if they make a move." He said before he hung up. He pressed a button and spoke. "Attention HOMRA, attention HOMRA the blue dogs are paying us a visit men at the front tighten up your guard." He said to the clan. We did as Izumo told us.

Mikoto's POV:

"What are you doing out here?" I asked Anna as I pulled her up into the ledge of the stone I was laying on. "I saw that it had started to snow Mikoto." She said to me. "Yeah, so?" I said. She laid down next to me. "You sure you're not to cold?" I asked her. "When I'm next to you I don't feel to hot or to cold it feels just right." She answered me. She curled up next to me as she started to fall asleep. "I wonder what the boys think about you as you have them run all over the island. The king naps while they work." I heard Izumo say.

"That's what your supposed to do when you're king." I said to him. "You may have a misconception of your ruling duites. Do you think he'll make a move?" He asked me. "Yeah." I answered him. "Well, we, your loyal subjects will try to catch him and prevent that from happening. You know, when I first met Totsuka I thought he wasn't dealing with a full deck but he approached you like you were a paid of old buddies. Then you actually became a king like he said. I thought you weren't right for the job all I saw is that  you were like a bomb with a short fuse." He said to me. "I think your assessment of me was more correct than his was." I said to him.

"But he saw something different in you. What made him boost that you would become a king and he would become your vassal? To my surprise you gave up your quick temper and became a fair king. You were truly one with the people you ruled." He said to me. "Stop traveling down memory lane. Your giving me the creeps." I said to him as I rolled over onto my left side and Anna sat up. "Yeah, I should stop it's not like I can the past. What's past is past. We can't change it." He sighed. "Anna you better come with me now. Mikoto has some business to take care of." Izumo said to her. She nodded and jumped down. "Someone's here to see you." He said to me. I at up and jumped down from the stone slab and walked off. "When all is said and done we couldn't have asked for a better king." I heard Izumo say. I said nothing.

I walked away and into the woods and followed a path up to a temple and I saw Munakata there but I knew he was debating on weather if I was going to show up or not. I chuckled at the thought. "Isn't breathing the same air as me supposed to be toxic for you?" I asked him in a playful tone. "No more toxic than the air that I'm about to blow your direction." He calmly said to me as he handed me a cigarette. I took it and lit his first then I lit mine and sat down on one of the steps. "Souh, let me very direct." He said to me. "Hm?" I replied to him. "Just peacefully relinquish control of this school. I'll try to over look how you've been involving innocent people in your search but I can't guarantee it. Let me find Totsuka's muder. If you give me your consent to go after him I'll promise he will be caught and convicted. I give you my word and I promise you can choose how he'll be executed." He calmly said to me. "Gee that's a "super" fine idea." I said to him sarcastically.

"Its not a idea, it's a altumatom." He said to me. "That's almost to good of an offer even for you. But I'll have to say no thanks." I said to him as I brushed my hair out of my face. "Suoh, I needn't mind you about the precarious shape your sword of Damocles is in. Sad to say your sword will come crashing down soon." He said to me. I could hear the pain and sadness in his voice when he told me that. "Come now Munakata, don't tell me now that I'm so close to death your beinging to care about me, and I don't believe it." I said to him harshly. "You will cause a repeat of the Kagustu crater tragedy and you will have to give up your right to be a king. Why not step down now Red king?" He said to me. "I've never taken any action as king but this is something I want to accomplish." I said to him. He grabbed me by the collar of my shirt.

"You damn fool! You know what will happen to our own men. It's time to step down Souh. Am I making myself clear?" He asked me. "I need to settle my business on my own terms and you do to. Am I making myself clear?" I asked him. "Its impossible for anyone to ever reason with you. Your way beyond any reason." He said to me. "Come on you didn't come all out here cause you thought you could change my mind did ya? That's not your style." I said to him. "No it isn't. I just came to see an old friend." He said to me sadly as he looked me in the eyes. I could see all the regret, sadness, pain, and heart break in his eyes as his eyes met mine. I shook my head my eyes glowed red with anger as I felt a twinge of guilt this fueled my anger even more but I didn't want to cause a scene so I pushed the guilt away. I snapped at him.

"Your the one who ended things between us, Munakata, not me." I said him bluntly and continued to speak. "You never did give a damn about me or anyone else. I loved you. I never wanted this to happen. I was happy with you, I really was, but in the end I got over it. So don't start giving a damn now it won't change a damn thing about the outcome and you know it so don't try and bother to stop it. I've accepted my fate. I did a long time ago. Now, you better head back before your clan starts to miss you."

I said to him harshly before I turned my back to him. "Are you certain then, Suoh? You won't change your mind?" He asked me sadly. "Yeah. My mind's made up." I answered him coldly. "Damned fool." I heard him mutter to himself as I walked away from him. I didn't say anything I kept walking I headed to the front of the bridge and waited. ".." It was quiet a night, and I was silent. I walked back to the stone slab and sat down and lit up another cigarette and smoked.
