Mikoto's POV:

    I took a long drag from the cigarette. ".." I'm not a man of words some would say. I'm not much a talker. 'Y/n.....I'm sorry.' I thought to myself as I saw Munakata walking towards me. I got up and walked over to meet him. We stood in front of each other. "Go home, Munakata." I said to him. "This has gone far enough Suoh. Stop this." He said as he tried to reason with me. "Munakata just stop. Your not going to make me change my mind so just stop." I said to him as I spread my arms out wide. "Suoh....I..." his voice trailed off. "...we both knew it had to end this way." "No it didn't. You could have stopped this. You just didn't help yourself." "..." I said nothing. I just looked up and spread my arms out to my sides. "MIKOTO!"

    We both heard a females yelling voice. "MIKOTO!" We heard the voice call out again. Munakata took a step back. I tilted my head at him. He shook his head. "I'm sorry Suoh.. I'm sorry that I hurt you. I still to this day l love you. I...I can't kill you." He said to me. Y/n ran up to us. She ran up to me checking me for injuries. "I'm fine." I said to her. She turned her attention to Munakata. "I'm uninjured." He said to her. Her face got red. "Shit." We both said at the same time. "THEN WHAT FUCK WERE YOU TWO THINKING!" She yelled and slapped us both. We both looked at her dumbstruck. She turned to Munakata. "YOU! GIVE ME ONE JUST ONE! GOOD REASON NOT TO KILL YOU RIGHT NOW WHERE YOU STAND!" She shouted at him. I knew that she had lost her control.

    I stepped in front of Munakata. He looked shocked. I looked at Y/n. "Snap out of it Y/n." I said to her. She shot a fireball at me. I let it hit me. "Y/n stop." My body was already weak from fighting with Munakata. We both knew that I was pushing myself to my limits. "Y/n stop!" Munakata shouted at her. She turned to him and she was about to attack him but with the last of my strength I slipped between them and I grabbed her and pulled her close to me and kissed her. I felt her body relax in my arms. "I love you, Y/n." I said to her. She looked up at me. "Mikoto?" She tilted her head at me. Then her eyes went wide. "Mikoto!" She hugged and kissed me. Munakata just stared at us.

    We looked at him. "Heh..." Y/n blushed as she noticed that Munakata was there. He just nodded at me. I nodded back at him and looked at Y/n. "Come on let's go." I said to her gently. I lead her away from Munakata. Neither one of us talked as we headed back to the clan. "Yo." The clan greeted us. "..." I said nothing as I walked off the way I came. I stopped and looked back at Izumo my gaze telling him to keep Y/n and the clan safe. He nodded at me. I gave him a smile and I started to walk off again.
