My mother smiled at the grey house she had bought for us. She looked ridiculous to me in her short, bright purple wig and orange lipstick, but honestly, that doesn't change my opinion on her. I picked up a large box that was filled with my clothes as she went to open the door.
We walked inside. The house was dusty, but it was beautiful in a strange way. I squealed in excitement, soon receiving an amused glance from my mother. "Well, we better get unpacking. Afterwards, we'll go get something to eat." She said. I smiled and nodded, going to get boxes from our car.
By the time we were finished, almost every room had at least three boxes in them. My mother was lying across the floor. "I'm sorry sweetie, but I'm too tired to drive to a restaurant right now. Go and explore while I gain my energy back..."
She sounded tired, so I decided I would go out. "Alright, let me go change and I'll head out." I hurried upstairs, slipping out of my former clothes and into a pair of jeans and a large [F/C] hoodie that could hide any chest that I had. I placed on a black hat and tucked in any long strands of hair. I put on my mask and left.
As I walked, I saw many new faces and scenes. I was surprised, I didn't see that many kids around my age walking around. I received a few glances from adults and children alike. I was obviously different. Oh well, they can deal with it.
I made my way towards a pond. It was surprisingly calm there. I was shocked that the body of water wasn't completely frozen over. I sat down on a nearby bench and took in the scene. It was peaceful.. far from what I was used to, yet, I my eyes fluttered shut, soon dozing off.
I woke up in the same place, but a group of boys were arguing in front of me. There was an over weight kid with a blue and yellow hat, a tall guy with a red and blue hat, a cute boy with a large, orange jacket, and an average fellow with a green hat. I shot up and caught the attention of the group.
"Look Kyle! Your annoying voice woke up our victim!" The fat one screamed. I glared at him.. what did he mean by victim? "That's good! I wasn't going to draw on some strangers face!" The guy with the green hat, who I assume is Kyle, said.
The two boys continued to argue. The guy in the orange jacket sat next to me and watched while the other tried to calm the other two down. I stood up quietly and attempted to sneak away from the strange guys.
"Where the hell do you think you're going?!" The fat one screamed at me. "Cartman, calm down!" Kyle yelled at him. I looked around and pulled my phone from my pocket to check the time.
Oh no! I've been out for over an hour! Mom is probably worried sick... Just as I was thinking this, a black car, our car, pulled over. Out came Mom and one of our bodyguards, who was dressed as if it was a regular Sunday evening.
"Sweetie, we were looking all over for you!" Mom exclaimed as she wrapped her arms around me. She let go and looked at the boys behind me, who were probably admiring the car. She clapped her hands together and smiled. "Ah, I see you've already made friends. Am I correct..?" She looked back to me.
If I said no, then she'd scold me for being out for so long, but if I said yes... "Well, of course we're their friend!" Cartman said. My eyes shot towards him... what is he saying?! He continued, "I'm Cartman, they're Kyle, Stan, and Kenny." He pointed to each boy as he said each of their names.
Mom nodded and grabbed my shoulder. "It was nice meeting you boys, but we need to head out." She gave them a warm smile and turned around. I followed behind her, glancing back at the boys.
We got inside the car. The drive home was quiet. I dozed off once more before we got home. When I woke up, we were driving into our driveway. I got out and went inside the house.
That night, I slept inside a comfortable blanket fort. I looked around at my [F/C] walls. With a deep sigh, I got out of my covers and opened a window to let in some cool air. I looked at the streets and saw a man walking down the sidewalk... I wonder what they're doing out so late?
