I assume you all know about having a safe word or a traffic light signal. ( traffic light signals are like if you say green it means your really enjoying , yellow is it's ok maybe not tho and red it stop now ) so while you can use them there are other options for you to experience pleasure without doing something you don't wanna do in the first place.
Generally, if you are in a healthy dom sub relationship you will have talked about things that you feel comfortable with. Maybe write down a few things that you like a big fat NO to.
If you are in a situation where your dom is doing something you don't wanna try use your safe word but also shout a loud NO after it to establish authority. While this can be rude and your master daddy dom or whatever maybe be mad at least you are safe and that's all that matters. ( besides having fun 😉 )
If I would shout a big no to my master at the moment they would think I was just kidding so making sure you use that safe word is important aswell.
