Chapter 3 - Cat

Joey walked down the hall with me, he showed me all of my classrooms, he even had some classes with me. As we were walking back to the lobby of the school this girl with brown hair walked over to us and kissed Joey right n the lips, my face got hot, was I jealous? Maybe. Joey then pushed her away, "Really Cat? Not right now I'm helping Meghan" he said to the girl, the girl or 'Cat' looked at me like I just took her favorite expensive designer purse. She rolled her eyes at me, she then took my schedule away from Joey and read it like it was love letter from a hot celebrity. She looked at me and smiled an evil grin "Well, it looks like we have a lot of the same classes, so I guess I will be seeing you a lot" she said all sassy, she shoved the schedule toward me. I took it from her and glared at her, she kissed Joey again and walked away with two other girls. I haven't know Cat more than 60 seconds and I already hate her, and I can tell she hates me.

- First Class -

My first class is Mrs. Wilson, Math... yay. I walked in looking for Cat so I could sit as far away from as possible, I walked over to the teacher. "Oh, hello. Are you Meghan"? She said I nodded. She smiled and walked over to an empty seat "Here you can sit here" she said "Thank you" I said and sat down, Mrs. Wilson got in front of the class and started talking. Then it was like nails on a chalkboard, "Hey Maggie" said a familiar evil voice I turned around to see Cat standing there looking at me "It's Meghan" I said, "Whatever" she said as she sat down next to me. I groaned under my breath.

Math was finally over, thank god. Because Cat kept texted someone and she would keep touching up her makeup every five seconds.

I walked to my next class, I was happy because Joey has this class with me. When I walked in, I saw Kalel with some other people. She saw me and gestured for me to come over to her. I sat down next to her, "Guys this Meghan. Meghan that's Stacy, Mariza, Ingrid and Evelina" she said pointing to the girls that where sitting in front of me. They all smiled and said hi, I did the same. Then Joey walked in... with Cat, "Ugh. I can't stand her" I heard Kalel say. I was still looking at Joey, then Cat kissed him. My heart broke, I guess I do have feelings for Joey.

After Cat left, Joey saw me and walked over to me and sat down next to me. I saw the other girls at the table with their mouth wide open. I smiled at Joey "Hey Meg"! He said when he said down, I smiled. At least History will be better than Math.

During class I dropped my pencil, I went to grab it, Joey went to grab it too. Our hands touched, I swear fireworks went off. I blushed, Joey smiled and handed me my pencil. I sat back up and kept blushing, I felt a nudge on my arm I looked at Kalel. She was smiling and whispered "Calm down, he has a girlfriend" she said, I looked at her confused, she then whispered again "Yeah, your cheeks are bright red" she said. I quickly put my head down in my arms on my desk. I was so confused I have never acted like this for a boy before.
