They are canon.
Why did the directors cut them out of the epilogue? They have a child! Why? They are so sweet together, and I swear that Seamus snogged the hell out of Dean in Deathly Hallows. Harry was too dense to notice. Seamus must've felt friend zoned when Dean was dating Ginny. Why did Dean do that? He had Seamus! Christ. Dean, WHY???
