OK BEFORE YOU GUYS SAY WTF JUST HEAR ME OUT
One,
I AM NOT okay with the age difference. They are in different generations.
I ship them because of their personality's. Like they are both intelligent and thinkers. They are fiercely loyal and slightly protective.
Also, they both had to deal with discrimination. Hermione with her blood status and Remus with the werewolf.
They both were "the brains" of their friend group.
I feel like if Hermione was born in the Marauders generation, she could have been good friends with the Maurauders and might have gotten with Remus.
They would bond over tea and late night studying and the idiocy and procrastination of their friends.
They would totally be Gryffindor prefects together.
Okay not this is just turning out to be a bunch of my theories but I have no regrets.
But if they were the same age I would really want them to end up together.
