I nervously groomed my hair, staring into the large large mirror backstage of The Ellen Show.

"You'll be fine." Alex assured, standing behind me and rubbing my shoulders.

"I feel like I look like a try-hard." I sighed and pouted my bottom lip.

"First of all, you don't. Second of all, you'll be great." He smiled. I smiled back with excitement.

"That means a lot." I turned around and gazed at him before he leaned in and gave me a sweet, short kiss.

I was on in five minutes, so I fixed my outfit up real quick. I was wearing jean shorts, converse, and a cropped, fitted, floral pastel green shirt.

My hair was left in beach waves and I had some back in a loose ponytail for a some-up, some-down look.

"You ready?" One of her crew members peeked in.

"I was born ready." I winked at Alex and walked out.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, Bella Wilson!!" Ellen cheered and I walked on stage, smiling and waving while getting an ovation.

I was greeted with a hug from Ellen before I sat down. This was all a dream.

"Hello Bella!!" She smiled at me, noticing how excited I was.

"Hi!! I waved and smiled so big I thought I'd die, causing the audience to laugh.

"How are you?" She smiled back.

"I'm in disbelief, if I'm being honest. Never in a thousand years would I of thought I'd be here." I said to her and to the audience.

"Well, let's get right on to your life! How's being in The Little Red Tapestry been for you?"
(a/n it's her show name i made up lmao)
"It's been amazing! I'm so close with the cast and making every episode is like hanging out with friends." I spoke honestly.

"Amazing. So, if you had to pick, who have you gotten closest to?" She asked.

"Well, that's way too hard of a question. There's no way I'd ever be able to answer that without them all attacking me for not saying them." I replied, making everyone laugh.

"And I hear the start of a Spider-man: Homecoming sequel is on its way?" She asked giddily.

"Well, I'm not sure, I haven't heard much about it. Maybe my character has been replaced!" I said, causing her to smile.

"So how close are you and that cast?" She questioned.

"So close, we're still close friends to this day." I spoke, which was all true besides Tom. I hadn't spoken to him since that little talk at the cafe.

"I hear you and Zendaya are like sisters! Is that true?" Her smile got even wider.

"I'm like siblings with all of them, but yes me and Zendaya instantly clicked-"

I was cut off by Zendaya screaming behind me and scaring me. I jumped and held my knees to my chest while shutting my eyes and screaming like a little girl.

Everybody was laughing so hard their faces were red and I hugged Zendaya as she sat down next to me, laughing.

The rest of the show was amazing, mentions of Alex and my new apartment in NYC, and of course my dad.

When I walked off the stage I was giddy and jumping, Zendaya by my side.

"How'd you like the surprise?" She asked as we walked off stage.

"I missed you so much!!" I hugged her tightly.

"Well I know Laura's met big man Alex, but I still have to meet him. Come on." We walked to my dressing room and walked in.

"How was it?" Alex stood up, grinning.

"It was amazing!" I gushed.

"I'm Zendaya, I've heard a lot about you." Zendaya opened her arms.

"Hey! Great to finally meet you!" He hugged her.

"Jesus you're tall." She joked as I packed my stuff up.

We left and said one more goodbye to Ellen.

"Am I the only who hasn't heard about the second spider-man?" I looked to Zendaya.

"I think Marvel avoided talking to you about it because of Tom." She signed.

"Look, Tom and I can put on our big boy pants, because obviously anything between us is gone. Maybe we'll even become friends. If someone's gonna be mature between us, it's gonna be both of us." I spoke truthfully.

"I agree with that. I just have a feeling that as soon as we start filming he might catch feels again." She said and I nodded.

"Well, I'm here, so we don't have to worry about that." Alex said and threw his arm around me.

"I'm the worst third wheel ever." Zendaya grinned.

"More like Alex is!" I joked while throwing my arm around Zendaya.

We laughed and headed home for a long movie marathon.
