Chapter 24

Andy POV

I was pushed to the ground; I turned my head only to see Ash crumple to the ground. I scrambled to his side.

"Ashley? Ashley. Ashley!" I yelled shaking his shoulders. Tears started streaming down my cheeks, smearing my warpaint. I shook his shoulders harder.

"Ashley Purdy wake up!" I screamed. The entire venue was silent as they watched me shake him. Jake ran up and tore me away from him.

"Andy get up, the Ambulance is here." Jake said pulling me backwards.

We were waiting in the hospital, with a shitload of fans. We got a lot of weird and dirty looks from doctors and patients. Jake, Jinxx, and CC were walking around reassuring fans that everything was going to be okay. I however sat in a chair away from everyone and stared ahead. I felt a light tap on my shoulder. I turned my head.

"Ashley will be okay." A 16 year-old named Victor said smiling. I gave him a small smile in return.

"I hope so."

"Ashley's strong, I know he will." He said putting a hand on my shoulder. "And, hey, He's Ashley fucking Purdy, he's like, awesome. And a beast. You should know that." He said nudging my arm. I smiled and stood up.

"You know what? You're right." I said and walked into Ashley's room.

"I'm sorry, but Mr. Purdy can't have any visitors." A nurse said, stopping me. I shifted my feet.

"So, is he awake?"

"No, he is in a coma. I'm sorry Mr. Biersack." She said and walked away.

After about 2 hours, the doctors let us see Ashley one at a time. Everyone was running towards his room.

"Get out of my fucking way! I'm seeing him first!" I yelled. The hallway got silent, and a pathway formed. I smiled and went into the door.

"Ashley. I should be in that bed, not you." I whispered taking his hand.

"I'd take your place if I could." I kissed his forehead and layed my head on his chest.
