Chapter 15

Harry has been in zombie mode for the past weeks.

Zayn's not speaking to him, Louis is kind of upset with him since Louis has been bugging him why Zayn called him last 2 weeks ago asking if where he'd went.

Harry didn't told Louis what happened. He couldn't.

Its like he cheated on Louis.

And yes, indeed he cheated because Zayn and him kissed and it was not just a kiss but a sweet, intimate and surreal moment kiss.

Harry heart was so happy that they kissed and in fact, its more romantic than sharing kisses with Louis. Harry was also, kind of avoiding Louis too. After what happened last 2 weeks ago, Louis was asking a lot of questions, asking him why Zayn called and looking for him or what really happened that night. Harry couldn't tell him that he kissed his bestfriend.

But Harry had come to a conclusion— he needs to break up with Louis.

"So, we're set for Saturday, right?" Louis asked Harry.

They're at the quad during lunch.

Harry looked at him "What's on Saturday?" Harry asked as Louis sighed "Weekend date at my Uncle's cabin?" Louis said a little irritated because Harry wasn't paying much attention to him these past few weeks "Oh" Harry answered "What's wrong with you Harry?" Louis asked as Harry's head tilted to the side "I'm fine" Harry said "You weren't paying so much attention to me lately. What's happening?" Louis asked as Harry shrugged "Nothing I'm just—" Harry stopped talking as his eyes landed on Zayn who's talking to that Gigi chick.

Louis followed Harry's eyes as he saw Zayn. He knew it! Harry's acting weird lately and again, its all because of Zayn! Louis glared at Harry "Again with Zayn?!" Louis screeched as Harry jumped from Louis's loud voice "Lou, what—"

"You're being distant with me because of Zayn isn't?!" Louis said in a loud voice that resulted to other students to stare at them "Louis! Please calm down"

"Seriously Harry?! Why is Zayn always in the picture huh?" Louis said aloud as Harry tried to calm him.

At the other side of the quad, Zayn is hearing some noise and the students began to surround the scene "What's going on over there?" Gigi questioned as Zayn craned his neck to see what's going on and when he saw a tall, lanky and curly haired male, Zayn averted his gaze away "Come on" Zayn said to Gigi as he walked past her "I don't want to be late to class" Zayn said as Gigi nodded and walked beside Zayn.

As for Harry, he tried to talk to Louis who's in outrage "We're together Harry! Why can't Zayn be out of the picture?!" Louis said as the students began to pile up.

Harry grabbed Louis's hand and dragged him out of the quad. He pushed Louis inside the janitor's closet and locked it "Look, Zayn and I are bestfriends okay?" Harry started as Louis crossed his arms on his chest "He can't be just out of the picture" Harry added "We've been friends ever since kids and I can't just cut him off my life"

"You need to!" Louis answered "I see the way he looks at you Harry and its not just being friends" Louis added as Harry closed his mouth "Ever since we got together, Zayn looks at you with googly eyes and I hated that" Harry's heartbeat started to quicken "Maybe he loves you secretly that's why" Louis continued "And I don't want that. That's why I'm telling you stop being friends with him" Louis added as Harry stared at him.

He's thinking. Louis's jealous.

Well, it's sweet and all but, Harry can't take this anymore! He can't be with Louis! Louis's nothing but sweet and all lovey–dovey towards him. Louis deserves someone better "Lou. I'm sorry" Harry softly said as Louis stared at his green eyes "I'm sorry Louis. This—" Harry pointed at both of them "—is not working out" Harry added as Louis' eyes widened and his jaw dropped "I don't deserve you Louis. You showed me nothing but kindness and genuine love but, I can't return all of it back" Harry's eyes started to sting "I'm sorry if I can't love you back because.....because I love—"

"Stop Harry" Louis said "Stop. Don't say it. I don't wanna hear it" Louis said calmly as Harry searched his eyes "Its always him" Louis said almost a whisper "Right from the start, it was always him" Louis added.

Harry reached for him but Louis stepped back "Well, this was an epic moment" Louis said as he looked at Harry "I was hoping you'll look at me the way you look at Zayn" Louis sadly said as Harry was in confusion.

Louis slightly chuckled "The look of true happiness and love" Louis added as Harry averted his gaze towards his boots. They both fell silent for a while not until they heard the bell that lunch is over.

Louis didn't say another word as he just walked past by Harry and left him alone at the janitor's closet.

// A/N: LARRY broke up! They've broken up! Aaahhhhh! I feel bad for Louis though. He loves Harry but Harry doesn't feel the same. Ouch! But yey! They've broken up! And why Zayn's with Gigi? 😳🙄
