"Ding" the sound of the elevator echoed to the floor the trip coming down here is about 3 minutes which I find quiet long, the floor is empty and quiet which is safe for me and Lay

"No one is here" I say as Lay and me walked down the empty hallway
"No one really is coming here, only few but all of the people are busy upstairs so it's safe" he said and hold my hands I hold his tiny hands back

We continued to walk the empty hallway, all I can see is office and Lab and a lot of storage I felt my feet tired so we looked for a room to rest and I'm quiet hungry and thirsty I'm so starving, finally we stopped at some kind of a patient room and a few bed, as soon as we enter I Immediately searched each cabinet, I'm thirsty and hungry my stomach is starting to rumble which I find embarrassing to Lay

At last I found cold water in a small fridge and a two piece of bread wrapped in a clean plastic inside a cabinet, I drank the water and gave Lay the bread, the kid needs it more than I am

"What about you?" Lay asked worried "Don't mind me Lay I can handle this you need it more than I do" I say and drank some more water, Lay refused to take the bread which made me angry " Hey kid eat it okay!!!" I said turning my eye brow upside down
"Don't worry Zero I'm an experimented person I can never go hungry I can eat whenever I want" he said while smiling ear to ear me in the other hand is shocked

"How is that possible?" I asked being nosy, he just smiled and grabbed a chair and sat in it before answering my questions

"I don't know but I remember the last time I ate....hmm" he began to count his small finger 123 "Oh yes now I remember...it was 3 months ago" he said smiling, I was jaw dropped 'did i just hear it right' "Well...oh okay then just don't regret it okay" I tore the plastic that is wrapping the bread

"Bon appetite Lay" I bit the bread little by little thinking that Lay might change his mind and eat, but after eating half of it I knew he doesn't regret it so I continue to eat the two bread, and I even finished it in 3 min or so 'God I'm Hungry as hell'

after eating I lied down to a bed with Lay resting our heads and stretching our body, I was thinking about calling Zack but there is no signal, it was awkward when we lied down no one is speaking and no movement

"My Real name is Zero Collins...Just Zero" I say breaking the awkwardness that is filling the white room, "Really that's a great last name, not like me. I forgot my last name even my parents and everyone, all I know now is I'm in a lab being experimented by a scientist and being put in a big glass cylinder for years" I felt my heart stunned by a thousand needles, so this is how he felt being trapped in this unknown place for years not knowing who he is or his parents, it's too painful

"but when my mom and dad divorced mom gave me the name Alisha Zero Kate Boston" I say he just mangled the back of his hair in confuse

"She changed your Last name?" he ask in dismay giving a sad look, I just frowned and clench both of my hands

"yeah she did, and my family was good and happy when my brother was alive" I say, he asked

"you have a brother?" I just nod my head "well yeah My Dad was once a soldier who thought me a lot of things about guns and rifle while my brother Zed was a martial artist in MMA he thought me karate and self defenses, he even entered the world championship which made me and my parents proud, mom was just a housewife staying at home" Lay sat at the bed and paid attention showing an interesting look

"tell me the whole story about you and your brother why did he die" he said smiling with a pleading look, I sat still and leaned on the short metal headboard

Flashback

I was hiding behind my brother, I was scared and devastated, I wanted to go home, I was so scared of the knife and gun that the two men is holding I could clearly describe those guns they are holding, both of the two white guys are holding a Kahr K9 this type of weapon is DA semiautomatic pistol which my Dad had showed me before
