"pass the popcorn"

you turn away from the movie you're watching, smiling mischievously and clutch the bowl of popcorn closer to you. corbyn stares at you for a second from across the couch, waiting for you to pass over the bowl.

"please?" he asks, still confused as to why you're not passing him the bowl when he's less than two feet away from you. your smile only grows wider as you laugh and squeeze the bowl closer to your chest, taking some popcorn from the bowl and eating it.

he reaches for the bowl, and you quickly move the bowl out of his reach. he opens his mouth to say something, but then realizes what you're doing.

"oh, is that how it's gonna be?" a smile starts to grow on his face.

"yup" you answer, popping a few more kernels into your mouth as you hold the bowl protectively against your chest.

he attempts to reach for the bowl again, but you just turn to the side again making the popcorn once again unavailable to him.

corbyn gets on to his knees on the couch, knocking your legs from off of his lap and onto the carpet. your eyes widen as he reaches over you for the bowl. you turn around completely so you're lying on your stomach and hold the bowl out over the side of the couch. you hear him sigh, and you laugh once more.

"alright y/n, you've given me no choice but to do this." before you could question him about what he meant, he began to tickle you.

you yelp in surprise and start to giggle uncontrollably. you kick and try to wiggle out of his grasp, but alas you were stuck.

in your struggle to get away, you accidentally dropped the bowl of popcorn. you both gasp as you look at the popcorn all over the floor.

you turn around again so you're facing corbyn and start to hit his chest playfully.

"that's what you get for tickling me, jerk!"

he sits back, looking absolutely defeated. you smile as you stand up.

giving him a quick kiss on the head, you walk to the kitchen to make another bowl.
