I checked my phone, only to see my dearest brother's message.

Kai, are you home already? Pinalinis ko na yung condo mo ha. Wag ka nang magrereklamo ulit. Take care.

He never changed, tsk.

I inhaled. Finally, the plane landed safely. Tsk.

I've missed this place. Philippines. Ilang taon nga ba akong nawala? One? Two? No, three. After three years, I'm already home.

I get my luggage and went straight to my car. I drive to my condo.

Damn. Traffic. Hindi parin ba nasosolusyunan to? There's no traffic in Canada naman. Bakit dito meron? Arrrgg.

*beeeeeep beeeeeeeeeeeeeeep*

F*ck it. Hindi ko tinigilan ang pagbusina. I hate waiting. And besides, hindi lang naman ako ang naiinip dito. Tss.

Bakit ba hindi ko naisipang tawagan nalang ang driver ni Kuya? Sumasakit na ang ulo ko ha. Tsk.

*kriiiing kriiiing~*

I look at my phone's screen.

Jaizer

I pick it up.

"What?"

"Nice, matapos mong hindi magsabi na nakauwi ka na pala, yan lang maririnig ko sayo? Nakakatampo ha."

I smiled. Naiimagine ko syang naka-pout habang nagsasalita.

I keep my voice cool.

"You never asked kaya. Tss. Pano mo nalaman na nakauwi na ako?"

"Sino lang ba ang sinabihan mong uuwi ka? Malamang, kay Kuya Kyler. Nasan ka na ba? Punta ka sa bahay. Miss ka na daw ni mom."

"Si kuya talaga. Sabi ko, wala dapat syang pagsasabihan eh. Jai, I can't come right now. I'm on my way to my condo palang. Ang traffic dito and my head is already aching. Jetlag. I want to rest muna. Can I?"

"YOU'RE DRIVING?! Kaizen Elise Alejandro! Hindi ka pwede diba? Where are you? I'm going to fetch you!"

"Hey! Stop shouting. Wala naman akong sinabing ako ang nag-ddrive ah? Pano mo nalaman? Haha. I can manage driving na naman. Pinayagan na ko ni Kuya no? No need to worry."

"Tss. You need to explain to me. SOON . Malapit ka na ba? Pahinga ka agad ha? I'll come to your unit tomorrow morning. Magdadala ako ng pagkain mo. Don't go anywhere. Understand?"

"Yes sir."

"Good. Wait. Aren't you going to ask me about something? Or someone?"

Natigilan ako. Hindi nga ba ako magtatanong? Kung kumusta na sya?

Napailing ako. No, I won't.

"What are you talking about? Hey, magpapark na ko. Andito na ko eh. See you soon. Bye."

I ended the call. Pinark ko na ang kotse ko. Then I turned off the engine.

Napahinga ako ng malalim. I won't ask anything, because I don't care about him anymore. Yes, that's right. I don't care anymore.

Bumaba na ako. I went straight to my unit.

After I opened the door. I stayed there, tiningnan ko muna ang kabuuan ng unit ko. Walang pinagbago.

Memories started crawling into my mind.

Umiling ako. Why am I like this? I'm not affected anymore. Tsk.

I locked the door, tumakbo ako papunta sa kwarto ko.

I jumped at my bed.  I didn't bother changing my clothes and removing my shoes.

Haayyy. I missed this place.

I started to feel sleepy.

Everything will start. I hope I can do all my plans tomorrow.

I'm Kaizen Elise Alejandro. And I'm back with revenge.
