I ran up to the closest town and kept to the shadows before shifting back to my human form and walking in to a back road. I walked with the shadows trying not to get seen by anyone, "What do I do now?" I whisper to my self as I feel my feet just stop working and I slide down to the ground feeling the pain build up inside of me and my tears rolling down my face. I can feel Nixxy working hard on something but I can't be botherd to ask what she is doing. I can feel myself starting to fall asleep. Maybe I'll freeze to death maybe not, I pull my knees up and lay my head on on them, crying my self to sleep.
The next morning I wake up and I can smell fome fresh baked goods and coffee. Nixxy is still working har on whatever she is doing. I look around and down to what I'm wearing, I don't have anything only my clothes and Nixxy. I get up and start walking again, still keeping to the shadows but working my way up to the main shooping street. I keep my head down and and walk around trying to figure out what to do. What can I do? I just became an orphan, there is no one there for me, it's jus me. As I walk around I bumped in to a old man, looks like he is in his 80's. "I'm so sorry." I look down. "It's ok, I didn't see where I was going myself." He smiled and walked off. I walked away trying to find the bakery where the amazing smell is coming from, I know I don't have any money, but I hope its a busy store so no one will see me taking some food.
When I first walked in to the bakery it was so packed I almost couldn't see the floor, I looked around and saw some buns displayed. They look freshly made, I took the opportunity and got away with half the platter stuffed in to a bag I found. Looking around again I made my sweet escape and never looked back. Once I was back at the back ally I was sleeping in I sat down and started to eat, I had no idea how hungry I really was before the taste hit me right in the face.
With no one holding me back here I started to plan how to get away from this place and find somewhere new, to start a new life. I don't know how well its gonna go, being a rogue and all now. All I know is I need to keep away from big packs and stay in the shadows.
