That Juntul. Pronounced (June-till) Hope you like.
Hergoi studied Amante's back. She cleaned the dirt from the cuts and bandaged the ones that needed it. In doing so she confirmed that those scars had been there before. Some were long slashes, others deep, some both. All looked painful. Whatever gave him those scars, she defiantly didn't want to cross. She unwrapped the filthy white bandage she gave him the night she stabbed him with the earth. She was surprised to see the wound was completely gone. All that was left was a pinkish white streak that was the scar. She was surprised it healed so quickly in 3 days.
She ran her fingers along it sending shivers up Amante's spine. He blushed slightly but sat still. She finished tending to the cuts and leaned back as if admiring her work. Her face grew concerned though Amante couldn't see it.
"Amante, how'd you get all those scars? The ones from before today?" She asked quietly.
"It's nothing that should concern you. You should probably tend to Misty now." He replied.
"Actually, it does concern me. There's a lot of them and they look harsh! Let me ask again, what happened?" She said a little louder and irritated.
"It's nothing, please. I don't want to talk about it." He said. Herogi could here the pain he was keeping inside him. She decided not to question it anymore.
"Oh alright. You should sleep now." She ordered.
"That I will do, miss cheeto." He said playfully. He slowly stood and inspected Herogi's work on his wounds. After deeming it worthy he climbed into his hammock and closed his tired eyes.
Misty came from her spot by the small fire she made in the fire place. She didn't have many cuts. Mostly bruises. But she did have a large on on her arm which Herogi cleaned out and wrapped. Misty's right arm was wrapped from her wrist to her elbow in the white cotton like silk that was the bandage Herogi had summoned.
She offered to help Herogi with her wounds but Herogi just shook her head.
"My magic healed me I think. My cuts and bruises are completely gone. I feel perfectly fine. Thanks any ways." Herogi told the fox girl.
The two girls got bored and decided to play a game of chess, the only game in the room for them. After hearing Amante's breathing pattern change slightly heavier, they concluded that he had finally fallen asleep.———
Herogi was about to win for a third time in a row against Misty when they heard a knocking at the door. Herogi stood and made her final move in chess and won. Then she turned on her heals leaving a shocked Misty sitting at the table.
Herogi opened the door to see two peludos dressed as maids. One had the lower body of a hamster and the other had the face and claws of a star nose mole. They both held trays of food. Herogi let them in and the bustled to the small table where the chess board was at. Misty moved the game into its box so the women could set the food out for them. They provided them with napkins, forks, spoons, and knives. The mouse lady even put a little flower in a vase on the center of the table. Both women seeming very happy and cheerful.
