Peter sits on his bed sniffling before taking a deep breath and walking towards uncle Bens closet. He pulls out one of the nicest suits he can find. Which happens to be the one Ben had been saving for Peters graduation and was actually originally Peter's dads. Peter saw it as only fitting to wear the hand me down from two of his father figures to say goodbye to a third. He couldn't help but think that he was a curse to everyone he has ever loved. Get to close to him and you die. Which explains why he had been pushing himself away from everyone lately even Ned and Aunt May.

Peter puts on the suit before heading over to May. "Ok I am ready to go." He said glumly
"You know it is perfectly ok if you don't want to go Pete there is gonna be a lot of people there he is was very famous after all I completely understand if you want to wait and say goodbye with less people around."
"May please I need to do this."
"Of course just know I am here if you need me."
"I know"
"Ok let's go then we don't want to be late."

They get into May's car and head upstate to the Avengers faculty where the service will be held before he is walked over to the gravesite. They made a point to not drive him because Tony always hated cars. 1000s of people already surround the ribbon a couple feet away from the closed coffin holding their dead hero.  Even if they were a hour early to them it was more like a concert or movie theater. They wanted to get the best spots to see him off.

Peter hadn't told any of the Avengers he was coming he hadn't talked to any of them in weeks. Peter made his way out of the car towards the red velvet ribbon pushing his way through the crowed. Peter even shoved his way through some of his classmates paying them no attention though they were staring. At exactly 1:00 o clock a line of people exit the facility in order of Sam,Wanda,Natasha,Clint,Vision Thor and Steve. They all stood by the coffin silently head bowed. Peter at this point had somehow made his way to the front and was staring at his greif stricken hero's. Five minutes later Happy,Rhodey and Pepper leave the compound eyes already red and full of tears. It was clear they had not stopped crying for days.

This sight sent scorching tears down Peters cheeks and a small whimper. His whimper is instantly identifiable to Happy who's head shot up as he motioned Peter forward. A silent exchange is had between the two before Peter gives in and let's the guarded bring him to the other side of the rope to stand with the Avengers. Peter stands next to Happy as the service begins. They go on and on about how Tony though he made many mistakes was a great hero to the community dying to keep us all safe.

Peter wasn't listening he was to busy trapped in his own head. Was it avoidable was it his fault if not who's fault was it. These thoughts swirled in and out of his head up until the person who was leading the service asked if anyone wanted to say a few words. Pepper went first she began to sob as she told the story of the night they first met and the day she realized she loved him when he came back from Afghanistan. She finished off by saying how she wished Tony would have gotten to meet his child. She is not scared however because she knows he is looking down on them and this child will still have a great family especially their big brother Peter.

This got Peters attention. Pepper then asked if he wanted to say a few words. Peter took a couple seconds to think it over then took a deep breath and nodded. Peter took a step up to the podium and looked at the large crowed of people here to support his mentor his father. "You guys called him Iron Man." He shot a look at the avengers. "You guys called him Tony." He looked back at the crowed "But I called him Mr Stark. He was my hero growing up and if you told me one day I would meet him I would think you were crazy. I could never imagine we would get as close as we got. He was a father to me. I know some of you won't believe me but he was. As I get older though I realize my hero should not have been Iron Man the Avenger. But Tony Stark the true hero behind the mask. I remember the exact day he became my hero. I was I think 10 at the time. For my birthday May had gotten me tickets to the Stark Expo. I was so exited May let me buy one of those souvenir t-shirts and a little Iron Man mask. I was having a lot of fun looking at all the tech when everything went wrong. Those hammer drones all of a sudden started trying to kill everyone. In the chaos I got separated from May. I heard May screaming for me but I couldn't find her. All of a sudden one of those drones came up to me and I don't know if it got confused by my mask or something but it pulled it's gun on me. I don't know if it was the being 10 or the fear but I raised my fake little repulser thinking this is my last shot. Maybe by some miracle it will work or something will save me. As soon as I raised it down he came and Mr Stark shot the drone down before telling me I did good and flying off. He saved me that day he saved so many people and I couldn't save him. I can't bring him back but the least I can do is pay it forward anyway I can because with great power comes great responsibility."

Sorry for the cringy ending I promise I will get better with time till then bare with me.
