Chapter 14: Paris

Lucy's POV
It was the day Daniel and Emmalee were going to Paris so I decided to go and scare Emmalee awake. Cause I mean I won't get to see her for like a week, so who wouldn't do that to their bestie.

So I snuck down the hallway and slowly opened her door. When I walled in I closed it behind me and when I turned around I saw the cutest thing. Daniel and Emmalee were cuddling and Winter was in between them. So if you know me I'm not going to pass up this opportunity so I snuck over beside the bed and snapped a few photos then I sent them to Daniel so Emmalee wouldn't be mad. After that I took Winter out to use the bathroom while the two lovebirds were still sleeping.

Daniel's POV
I woke up with two arms around me and when I opened my eyes I noticed it was Emmalee. Man I wish everyday could be like this where I just wake IP beside her and Winter. But wait where is Winter? She couldn't have gotten out the door is shut so I slowly got out of bed and went looking around Emmalee's room. I looked in her closet, bathroom, basically everywhere. Then I heard Emmalee, sit up in her bed. After that I heard a soft voice, so I walked around the corner which I guess she didn't notice cause she didn't stop. Then finally when she looked up from her phone, she was startled.

Emmalee's POV
I woke up the next morning without Daniel beside me so I sat up, thinking he was gone so I started singing to myself. After about 5 minutes of staring at my phone I looked and saw Dani standing there so I let out a small, but loud scream. I guess this scared him cause he jumped.

Dani:"Are you okay, I didn't mean to? I was just looking for Winter?"
Me:"I'm....... I'm....... I'm fine, just..... Startled. "*breathing heavy*
Dani:"Sorry. "

Then Dani came and sat by me while rubbing his hand up and down my arm. As soon as I started to get calm Lucy and Corbyn ran into the room.

Both:"Oh my gosh are you okay?!"
Me:"Guys. Guys I'm fine. Stop worrying! Dani just scared me. "
Cor:"Really Daniel! I almost had a heart attack!"*holds his chest where his heart is*
Lucy:"Same, gosh. "*starts breathing hard*
Dani:"Okay you guys need to calm down.  Your exaggerating a little to much. "
Cor:"I know we just playing. "
Lucy:"Wait doesn't your flight leave in like 2 hours?!"
Me&Dani:"Oh crap, run!"

Then Corbyn left with Daniel to help pack and Lucy stayed with me to help pack. But before I pack I changed into a loose gray shirt, black high wasted leggings, and Nike shoes. Then I did a braid in my hair and put it into a ponytail. Then I packed some essentials into a backpack.

After that me and Lucy finished packing my stuff, so we went downstairs and sat in the kitchen facing the pool.

Lucy:"So?"
Me:"So, what?"
Lucy:"So, what's going on with you and Daniel?"
Me:"Nothing. "*looks back at pool*
Lucy:"Mhm?!"
Me:"Why?"
Lucy:"Cause I caught y'all cuddling this morning. "*lightly punches my arm*
Me:"No it ain't like that?"*blushing*
Lucy:"You lier your blushing, so hard right now. "*giggles*
Me:"Well, maybe but Winter was the cause of last night, but I think she brought us closer. "
Lucy:"Awe that's adorable. "
Me:"So?"
Lucy:"So what?"
Me:*giggles*"So what's going on with you and Jack?"
Lucy:"The truth is I don't know. "
Me:"How do you not know?"
Lucy:"Well we kind of got into a fight last night and I haven't seen him since. "*frowns at the table*
Me:"What was it about, if you don't mind me asking?"
Lucy:"Well this girl Gabbie has been texting him weird messages at weird times, so I confronted him about it and he ran off. "
Me:"Oh Lucy I'm sorry. But don't worry I'm sure it will work out because you guys always do. "*smiles*
Lucy:"Thanks Emmalee!"*gives hug*
Me:"Your welcome, and don't forget I'm here for you anytime, anywhere. Love you bestie!"
Lucy:"Love you too!"
