Chapter 31: Goodbye For Now

Emmalee's POV
Me:"So... um how was prom?"
Dani:"It was good besides the part where Molly started fighting Jordyn and the part where you got kidnapped."
Me:"Okay.. I didn't get kidnapped I was just taken."
Dani:"Yeah which is technically kidnapping."
He said with a big smile.
Me:"Fine, but it wasn't that bad."
Dani:"How?"
Me:"Well it helped me realize how blind I am, and how much I need a break from all this."
Dani:"Break? What kind of break?"
Me:"You know a break from this life... you know get away from here."
Dani:"Well I could come with you?"
Me:"No Dani, you need to stay with the band."
That's when I stopped in my tracks which made him turn and face me.
Dani:"They'll understand?"
Me:"I don't care, you need to stay. And you need to let me go."*starts walking*
Dani:"It's going to be hard, you know?"
Me:"I know that's why I'm leaving y'all together. So you guys can support each other."
Dani:"You know I couldn't let you?"
Me:"I know your not gonna let me that's why I'm leaving tonight as soon as I see that Molly is alright."
Dani:*stops*"Wait!? Your not staying a little longer?"
Me:*turns around to him*"No I want to get out of here as soon as possible."
Dani:"Could you at least tell me where your going?"
Me:"I don't even know where I'm going."
I say as we walk onto the porch of our house and enter.

When I enter the house I hear two people jump up and run to where I was. It was Lucy and Corbyn the two people I didn't want to see.
Corb:"Oh my gosh babe!"*hugs me*
Lucy:"Bestie, where were you?"*hugs me*
I didn't say anything I just walked away as soon as they let go and appearently Daniel waited outside so I walked into the living room to find Molly.
Me:"Molly!?"
Mols:"Emma!"
She said as she stood up and ran and gave me a hug.
Mols:"Where were you?"
Me:"Well Alex kidnapped me, but Daniel saved me....with the help of Jonah."*giggles*
Mols:"Well can you sit I want to hear all about it?."
She said with a smile on her face, but I had noticed that Corbyn, and Lucy have entered the room.
Me:"No sorry I'm going on a trip."
Lucy:"Is it a trip with Daniel?"
Me:"It's a trip that you can't nose yourself into."
That's when Lucy gave me a mean look and marched upstairs.
Corb:"What is wrong with you? First you ignore us then you make Lucy feel unwelcomed!?"
Me:"Yeah and maybe you should get lost too!?"
Corb:"Why what did I do?!"
Me:"You cheated on me with her!! Now get out of my face!"
I screamed as I turned around and just faced Molly.
Corb:"Em I didn't m...."
Me:"Save it Corbyn."
That's when he left the room which left just me and Molly.
Mols:"Wow."
Me:"Yeah I know."
Mols:"So where are you going?"
Me:"I don't know but nowhere around here."
Mols:"Well stay in touch."
Me:"I will, well at least with you."*giggles a little*
Mols:"Well I'm gonna get ready for bed bye Em."
She said as she hugged me.
Then Zach came downstairs.
Zach:"What's up with Corbyn and Lucy?"
Mols:"I'll tell you upstairs. Bye Em."
Me:"Bye guys."

After they walked up the stairs, I ran up to my room and grabbed most of my stuff and by that I mean stuff that I can carry in two suitcases. Then I headed downstairs and out the door to find Daniel sitting on the porch staring at the ground.

Me:"Dani, look I can't."
Dani:"Can't What?"
Me:"I can't stay here and choose between you and Corbyn. I can't stay and risk losing my friendships. I can't stay and do youtube. I just can't stay here anymore....it's it's.... to much pressure."
I said as I went and sat beside Daniel.
Dani:"I know you need a break but why from me?"
Me:"Cause the drama, hate, and some other things."
Dani:"Can't I at least know where your going?"
Me:"No...... but you can have this."
I said as I gave him my phone and a kiss on the cheek before I ran and grabbed my bags and was off in my car.
