Thank you and enjoy reading!Zoot's POV
As soon as Menna passed out, I called Adri. "Adri? Menna heeft een soort van ongeluk."
"Hoe dan!?"
"Je moet meteen de politie bellen en informeren dat een meisje vermist is. Haar naam is Haya Ibrahim. Je kan de documenten in haar map zien."
After seeing Menna bleeding, I really don't think she's lying. I tried to carry her inside when Adri came and helped too.
"Ik heb de politie gebeld en ze gaat nu direct in alle pleken het nieuws verspreiden."
I nodded and we continued carrying Menna to her room. Her room was a mess as usual. I shook my head in disappointment. This girl will never learn. After I laid her on her bed, I told Adri to get the first aid box.
"Z..zoot," a small voice spoke. It was Menna. I sat beside her and hold her hand. "Please Ha-"
I cut her off and reassured her,"Positief denken Menna. Misschien gaat het goed met haar? Je weet nooit toch?"
She nodded and was about to say something when Adri came with the first aid box. I start immediately to tend to her wound by applying some betadine and a cotton ball. I taped it with a paper tape.
She slept throughout this process. She looked really tired so we decided to leave her and walked to the office. We got a call after around 30 minutes with a message.
"There is a girl found on Spoorstraat from your organisation."
That was all I needed to rush out of there into the car. I drove over a 100km/h. I would get a ticket but at that moment, I didn't care. She was suppose to be my mentor child, my responsibility. With only the thought spiraling in my mind , I rode to the Spoorstraat in Hoogezand.
Ghadir's POV
I had no clue what bhai wanted. He's her brother but why isn't he showing her who he is?
"Ghadir!?"
I shook my head. Maybe I'm just imagining things in my head.
"GHADIR!? COME HERE!" He shouted.
Okay, that was definitely bhai. I ran in to his room and saw him punching the wall. His knuckles were red and looked swollen.
"Are you out of your mind bhai?!" I screamed. He turned towards me. He looked in pain but what he said next, surprised me.
"I feel so helpless... I'm her brother but I can't tell her that. Why is it so complicated Ghadir?" Bhai asked.
"I don't know Bhai but why can't you tell her?"
"You know that I can't."
"Bhai I'm sor-"
"Save it! Haya is still unconscious and the doctor said she'll gain conscious in an hour or two," Bhai coughed and stated.
"But...bhai what is your plan?" I asked and he shook his head. He stumbled outside into the car.
"Bring Haya. Take us to Hoogezand but to Gorechtlaan. That is close to a place where a girl was found," he replied.
