Chapter 8

During the whole baby chaos had everyone completely   forgotten about Jungkook's birthday.Everyone was now in Jungkook and Taehyung's house.
Hobie:So Jungkook ,I think you got the best birthday present ever this year.
Jungkook:Yea , I did.
Taehyung:Birthday ? I didn't know.
Yoongie:You don't even know your husband's birthday.
Taehyung:It's not like he knows mine anyways.
Jungkook:Well, I do actually.30 December right?
Yoongie:You see , he knows.
Jungkook:Hyung stop taunting him.He didn't even know .He was unconscious at that time.
Namjoon:You are so lucky sharing your birthday with your son.
Taehyung:You share a birthday with Tae?
Jungkook:He was born on my birthday.It was at midnight remember.?
Taehyung:Lucky you
Jungkook:Don't worry , we will make sure that our next baby would be born in your birth month.
Taehyung:And who said  I'm going to have another child with you?.
Jungkook:Don't you want to?
Taehyung:Yuew no way in hell.
Jungkook:I'm offended.
Jin:Jungkook come on, he is joking with you.
Taehyung:No I'm not.
Just then Taeyang woke up and started crying.Jungkook went to get him upstairs.

Meanwhile
Taehyung:You guys better cleanup here.I'm not going to clean up after you.Does it look like I have a maid?
Jin:Yah your husband has a lot of money he can even get you a hundred of them.
Taehyung:You jerks better get your asses out of my house.You seem to have overstayed your welcome.If any of you know that you can't drive your selves just tell me and my driver will drop you off.And goodnight.

The other 5Hyungs carried themselves out of the pair's house.Some of them were really drunk that they couldn't walk.

When Jungkook came downstairs he only saw Taehyung.
Jungkook:Have the hyungs left.?
Taehyung:I threw them out.
Jungkook:Okay let's go to bed I have put Tae to bed.When he wakes  up in the middle of the night his dippers need to be changed.He will also need worm formula so you will need to prepare it in advance and keep it warm.You should get used to it.
Taehyung:Okay I got it , goodnight.

Yes, they were still using different rooms.Taeyang's room was between their rooms.The next day Taehyung ordered a cake for Jungkook.Jungkook was thrilled and blew out the candles and cut the cake.He gifted him a rowlex watch.The day ended with them celebrating as a family.The next day they took Taeyang to get his vaccines.They spent the rest of the day in the park.After three months Taeyang was now sitting and his parents couldn't have been more happier.Taehyung's senior from high school Park Seo Joon was recently transferred to Hansang hospital.Jimin was the one who told him about this since they were cousins.On the other hand Taehyung was happy about finally starting his residence as a doctor.Jungkook had said that he would look after their son.He wanted Taehyung to follow his dream.

Taehyung was happy about his first day and he was also going to see his Sunbae Seo Joon.He left home after checking up on Tae.

In the middle of the day Jungkook started panicking as Taeyang was crying uncontrollably and his body temperature was really high.He tried calling up Taehyung but his phone was unreachable.Jungkook quickly took his son to the hospital.It was now lunch time but there was no sign of Taehyung.Jungkook was getting irritated .Where was he when his son was ill.Jungkook went with Tae to Jin.He checked up on him.It turns out Taeyang had a mild fever.Jin gave him paracetamol and his fever went down.Jungkook called up Taehyung again when he was about to leave but there was no answer.Jungkook took his son home.

Taehyung arrived at home at ten in the evening.Jungkook was waiting for him in the living room in the dark.When Taehyung opened the door the first thing he heard was."Where were you".Taehyung was startled .He had thought that there was no one there."At the hospital"Taehyung answered unsure why he was being introgeted."Up at this hour?"Jungkook asked with a stern voice.
"Well I had back to back surgeries"Taehyung answered.
"Where were you at lunch ,I came with Taeyang to the hospital but you weren't there"Jungkook asked again."Well I had gone to lunch with Seo Joon hyung"Taehyung answered."Why didn't you answer your phone?"Jungkook asked giving Taehyung a stern look."I didn't realise that it was on silent mode , I'm sorry."Taehyung apologized.
"Oh do you even realise that Tae was ill ,and that is why I went to the hospital and you were enjoying with your Hyung and your phone was not reachable.You weren't there when our son needed you"Jungkook half yelled.
Taehyung was not able to say anything and he just muttered"What happened to my baby? Is he okay?"Taehyung asked with tears in his eyes.
"He is now fine but the baby specialist that I consulted told me that the baby is still fragile and needs his mother's attention ."he lied.
"But I have just started work today "Taehyung stated.
"So are you going to risk our child's health for"work"really?.I then took a decision to put you on a forced leave for one year"
"You can't do that Jungkook,who do you think you are to take such a decision for me?"Taehyung asked.
"I took this decision as a concerned father and your boss and also your husband"

"Jungkook I also have a life to live you know.?Do you even think about me for once or what I want.You of all people know that I never planned to have a baby.My dream was important for me and it still is .Tell me how much more do I need to sacrifice,Jungkook"Taehyung said almost in tears.
"So are you saying you regret having Taeyang?"Jungkook asked without an emotion.
"No I didn't say that , stop putting words into my mouth.I love my son but we both know that the way he came was not the best way.I know I made a huge mistake today and I even apologize for it.If taking the leave proves that I love my son  more than my job then I will do it"
