I walked through the polices front door and went up to the counter and the receptionist looked at me " Keller, now." She nods her head quickly and she points to his office, I barge in and he looks at me.

" Jughead." He says and stares at me in confusion.

"Malachai? Really?" I shot him the dirtiest glares I've ever given someone, he sunk into his chair "she was having a panic attack in her own home while being stalked by who knows what! And you! You say she was with the leader of the Ghoulies? You're sick Keller, you're sick! She doesn't even know who he is, and she shouldn't have to know who that is!" I was so angry.

"she was at her old home, the one that was bugged and trashed?" He asks me.

"yeah, she did, I know when she's lying and she isn't, the moment she started telling me about why she was there and how much she felt like she was going to die because of how bad her anxiety attack was getting , she shattered a mirror, it was a trap because someone was trying to kill her! She isn't safe Keller!" He nods his head.

"bring her down to the station and I'll formally apologise." I stared at him right in the eye.

"you aren't going to apologise, you're going to handcuff her." I spat and he stares right back at me.

"Jughead, I need to hear everything from her." He responds and I shake my head and stormed off.

I went into the house and saw Sam walk around the house on the phone while cleaning " I know Archie! He's going to be home soon and I have the biggest surprise for him! The present I got him I hope he's going to love it! Oh I hear the door opening I'll tell you how it goes okay? Awesome! Thanks Archie! Bye!" She hung up the phone and I rose and eyebrow with my arms crossed at usual.

"so? What's this surprise?" I asked with a smirk, Sam jumps at my sudden noise and turns around, she gives me a playful glare then Sam smiled widely and runs off to my room.

Moments later Sam comes back with a wrapped gift " Open it!" Sam smile was beaming with pure joy and excitement, I laughed and took the present away from her and carefully opened it, my eyes widen and I looked up at her

"you're joking right?" I was smiling like an idiot and laugh and she laughs too.
I put the box on the table and pulled the typewriter out of the box and my eyes grew "how did you afford this?!" I asked her.

"I have my ways, come on Juggie! What do you think?" She asks and I stared into her green eyes , the light form the sun was hitting them perfectly.

"that you're a god damn goddess." She was a sight for sore eyes this wonderful girl in front of me, she smiled at me and I took my jacket off and threw it onto the floor  that is why I love you Sam." She froze I love you Sam Heathers." I looked at her and she slowly smiled at me again.

"Jughead Jones, I love you." And she kisses me , I kissed back and we pulled away and hugged.

|| Sam POV ||

Laying on the couch while listening to Jughead using the typewriter I got him was like a baby listening to a lullaby, it was amazing and calming, my phone buzzed and I picked it up, it was a text from Archie.

Archie 🤙🏼: how did the surprise go? Did he love  it?

I opened the message and replied to him.

To Archie🤙🏼: he loves it so much that he even told me  that he loves me, Jughead is actually believe it or not using it.

I continued reading my book until he replied which didn't take long.

Archie 🤙🏼: that's amazing! Finally he told you that he loves you!

I smiled at the thought about Jughead telling Archie that he loves me

To Archie 🤙🏼: haha! Yeah I guess so huh?

I glanced at Jughead and he had his focused face on, I shake my head with a smile and my phone buzzed again.

Archie🤙🏼: I have to go, Dads calling me, I'll see you and the gang at Pop's for dinner, yeah?

"Oh shit I forgot about Pops tonight, oops... Jughead! Remember we're going to Pops tonight!" I yelled.

"okay!" He replied and I replied to Archie.

To archie🤙🏼: of course , say hi to your dad for me, Archie! Cya.

Archie🤙🏼: cya.

I shake my head and turned my phone off and stared at Jughead for a moment and then I smiled to myself, that boy over there? Is my soulmate. I noticed that Jughead stopped typing and looked at me.

"Sammy?" He says quietly, I looked back at him.

"yes my love? What is it?" I ask him.

"erm, how do I put this?" My heart dropped for a moment "I didn't say I love you for spare of the moment, I said it because I meant it... I know it's not much but I wanted to give you something." I looked at him confused and he leaves the room for a moment before coming back "until I can get a real one for you, I only have this." He opens a velvet box and a ring was inside it, I gasped and looked at him.

"Jughead...When did you get me this?" I asked him.

"a month ago." My smile grew "it's a promise ring... well what do you say?" He asks me.

"aw Jughead." I cups his face in my hands and kissed him "well? The ring isn't going to put it on its self!" He laughs "come on! Put it on!" I started laughing with tears rolling down my cheek as I slipped on the promise ring "thank you baby." He hugs me and I hugged him back.
