I walked past my old home, and stared at how much more ruined it got, I decided to have a look at my house and see what's happened to it since I left it.

Shit was everywhere, it was trashed, my old albums from family were scattered everywhere, my breathing got heavier, my stomach was turning and I felt sick, anxiety was building up inside me but I remained still. Frozen, scared and alone... I came here alone, ITS A TRAP! I shook my head and started running to the bathroom and slammed the door, the mirror was back to normal? But how? 'I never fixed it... is someone watching me from behind it? Or were they waiting for something?' My thoughts were distracting me from what was going on here, I stared into the mirror and saw what I've become, my eyes were ringed with yellow and green from The Bruising, my busted lips were dark red, My face was dirty and I knew that, I haven't slept for so long as well, sleeping has been hard for me to do since I came home. I was angry at my reflection and punched the mirror as hard as I could and shattered it , pieces flew from the board and cut my face , my knuckles were bleeding but I didn't care, I was angry and disgusted about myself, everything about me was ugly.

"he should've went with Betty while he had the chance." I whispered as tears burned my cheeks that were bleeding too, I fell to the ground and cried until I couldn't breathe anymore.

|| Jughead POV ||

"Where's Sam?" I asked Archie and Betty as we were at Pop's "she said she'd be here, I'll message her." I was frantic, I didn't know where she was, I didn't see her in bed this morning or at school.

"calm down Jug, she might just be walking or riding around town, she's okay." Archie reassured me but I had a gut feeling something was wrong.

"okay," I glanced out the window just to check, she wasn't there.

"okay this is ridiculous! She still isn't here," I looked down at my phone " I'm gonna message her." Archie and Betty look at me in sympathy.

To princess 👑: Sammy? Where are you?

I put my phone on the table and continued typing in my laptop as I talked to the duo in front of me.

I went home and searched for her, nothing... I was worried, she didn't reply to me or even leave me on read, I messaged her again .

To princess 👑: Sammy? I'm worried about You! Where are you and I'll come get you! I've been looking everywhere for you.

My hands were shaking, she's scaring me it's been 5 hours now.
My phone dings and I lunged for it.

Princess 👑: I'm fine, I'm at Pop's.

I sigh in relief and left the house to go get her.

I pulled up at Pop's and hurried off my bike and raced into the diner, my heart skipped a beat when I saw Keller and Sammy having an argument "I told you! I don't know what you're talking about!" She yelled and then he turned her around and slammed her against the wall "GET OFF ME, KELLER! I DIDNT DO SHIT! IVE BEEN HERE THE ENTIRE TIME!" She screams and then she stopped struggling and stayed still , the sound of the handcuffs being clicked was making my Blood boil.

her head goes backwards and slams into Keller's head, he tumbled backwards and fell onto the ground, her hands slipped through the cuffs and she unlocked them and handcuffed the sheriff to the pole under the table, I was shocked, proud but shocked. "listen to me, Keller... whatever you're accusing me of, I didn't do, I don't know who the person you're asking me of is, so drop it. Okay? Good sheriff." She smiled so sweetly it was sickening and stands up, she pats her jeans off and shakes her body , cuts and bruises were everywhere.

"Sam?" I finally spoke and she froze and slowly looks in my direction.

"J-Jughead I can E-Explain." She puts her hands up in surrender and slowly backs away from the sheriff.

"look, I just came to bring you home, you can explain there." I said to her with a smirk and she rose an eyebrow.

"no yelling? No nothing? What happened to the Jughead who would yell at me about not being safe?" She asks with a laugh.

"oh I'm not yelling at you here, we have a lot to talk about at home, Princess." My hands were in my pockets and she stared at me.

"okay." She looks at Keller "do I?" She asks and I nod my head slightly "fine." She un-cuffs him and backs away slowly and runs to me "let's go." She whispers and I chuckled quietly .

"okay." I took her hand and ran out of Pop's.

Sam was sitting on my bed and waited for me to say something as I paced up and down in my room "well?" She asks me while leaning forwards.

"I-" I stopped pacing and looked at her then went back to pacing , I actually had nothing to even say, it was hot, she was hot like really hot and ugh! I stopped and stared at my girlfriend, what a criminal she was, a hot one too and I started grinning.

"uh oh." She says and I walked up to her slowly and kissed her slowly, she kisses back and we started making out.

We laid in my bed and stared at each other with silence with smiles on our faces "Sammy, Princess, what happened at Pop's?" I asked her and her smile faults.

"Keller accuses me of drug dealing with a guy named Malachai." I my eyes widened "Jug? Who is he?" She asks.

"where were you before you went to Pop's? I asked her.

"I went to my old house, I was walking around the neighbourhood and decided to have a look." She says and then I noticed her hands and arms.

"what happened to you?" I ask.

" the mirror I smashed in my home, glass shards cut me." She explains and I kissed her lips softly and got out of bed.

"I need to talk to Sheriff Keller, he thinks you were with the leader of the Ghoulies." She stares at me in shock and I got dressed and left immediately.
