||Sam Pov||

As I walked through the Fox forest I sighed in frustration, it was nightfall now and I didn't want to go home just yet. My phone buzzed in my pocket and I read the message on screen:

Jughead 👑: hey Sammy, where are you? We were supposed to meet up and the blue and gold an hour ago.

"fuck I actually forgot about that." I sighed and replied back to him.

To jughead👑: sorry Jug, I'm just walking around Fox forest atm, I'm uh- I'll be there soon okay?

I sent the message and sighed, and left the Forest.

I arrived at school and walked through the doors of the blue and gold and saw Betty and Jughead Arguing, I remained silent.

"Jughead! She isn't coming let's just go and get this over and done with!" She yells and Jughead sighs.

"what's your problem! She's almost here, Betty." He argued back.

"I don't trust her anymore! She's always with Archie now, Jughead, think about it." He gives her a weird look.

"they're friends, Betty. Me and you are always together and we're just friends." He says and I still remain at the door frame, in silence.

"I'm just looking out for you, Jughead." He scoffs.

"yeah? Well when I need your help I'll ask for it, I'm gonna message Sam and ask where she is." He pulls his phone out and he starts messaging me, my phone vibrates and I pulled my phone from my jacket and I look at the message.

Jughead👑: just wanted to know how long you're gonna take that's all baby girl. Xx

I smiled down at the message and typed back.

To jughead👑: look up gremlin x

I smirked at my text and sent it, I looked up from my phone and he does too "how long have you been standing there?" Betty asks me.

"5 minutes." I grinned.

"why didn't you say anything?" Jughead asked.

"I found the argument entertaining." I shrugged and sat on the desk "so? Where we going? Oh and for the record! Archie and I hang out a lot because I don't help with the investigations, that's your job, not mine." I crossed my arms and rose my eyebrow at Betty "not like I have a choice to hang out with him anyway, he always wants me over because he wants me to teach him how to shoot a gun." I explained " oh! And he always asks me to see his dad because I don't see him much anymore. I'm also with Veronica now and Toni oh and Cheryl too because you know? I have friends too, Betty. I don't wait around with FP and Jughead all the time I have my fun too. while you two are finding out who killed who." I ranted "so next time you tell Jughead I'm cheating on him or even give him the idea that I am, think about it or even come to me before you accuse me of doing something I'm not." I stood from the desk and looked at my promise ring "I'm going to go hang out with Kevin, take the truck and go wherever." I tossed Jughead the keys and left the room.

I drove my motorcycle to Kevin's house and knocked on the door, I wiped my tears away as he opened the door and he engulfs me into a hug "shhhh, it's okay." He whispers and we go inside and we went to his room "What happened?" He asks me and I took my promise ring off and put it on the chain I always wore "well..."
