Underwater

Deep underwater, a bubble of air rises,
Full of hope, dreams, and all so powerful wiseness.
As it slowly rises from the bottom of the ocean,
It takes a look around and gets filled with emotions.
Seeing life in all its glory, a thought came to mind:
"All I needs to do is protect its pureness and be kind."
But what it didn't realise was that it couldn't do anything,
It was locked inside itself, as it has always been,
Not knowing the true nature of the world.
The world that gave it life, that gave it meaning,
The world that it found so pure what slowly bleeding.
And it was too, slowly getting to the top
And before it could do a thing, all it heard was a pop,
And yet the world couldn't even stop.
