You are the light of my shadow, the life in me
The only thing that keeps me going is how we're meant to be
In all this madness, you make the most sense,
Even in my darkest times your love feels so intense.
Even when my being collapses to its core,
You're right there with me, making me ache for more.
My soul keeps asking for you, as if you got it hooked,
The light shines brighter over me, making me an open book.
Exposing my weaknesses into the world,
Showcasing me like I'm some kind of pearl.
You showed me that there's so much more to life,
So as long as we're together baby, we will continue to thrive.
