Chapter One: How it Happened

A/N: So I came up with this idea in history class and the first chapter was actually gonna be smut and wasn't going to be a human AU but then I changed it so yeah. I hope y'all like it.

Logan didnt really know when he realized he was in love with Declan. He had been tutoring him in Math for a few months and one day Declan asked to take a break. He laid back on his bed and looked at Logan,
"I would be just delighted if you were to join me, Logan." He said. At first, Logan refused,
"No way, we really need to study for the test coming up. Now get over here and do some more sample problems" Logan said.
"Oh come on, we can have a little break. It is better to take breaks during studying, you know?" Logan bit his lip and tried to refuse again... but how could he when Declan was looking at him like that.
"Fine, 5 minutes." He muttered and crawled into the bed beside him.
"That's it." Declan smiled and turned to face him. Logan stared back at him.
"You have pretty eyes." Declan mentioned, "They're so blue. I ccould swim in them all day." He murmured. Logan blushed and tried to look away, but Declan turned him back.
"W-why are you saying that..."
"Because, it's true." He said, "Would you  be opposed to me kissing you?" Logan blushed deeply.
"I-I wouldn't." He said. Declan smiled and planted his lips onto Logan's in a sweet, slow kiss. Logan kissed back and relaxed into him. They kissed for a few more seconds, before Logan had to pull back to breathe.
"Woah.." he murmured.
"Was that your first?" Declan asked and smiled. Logan nodded.
"Yeah. And you?"
"Nah, I had mine in 3rd grade. It was gross." He chuckled, "This one was much better." He said and kissed Logan again.
Logan definitely forgot about studying the rest of the night.
