Uncontrollable Negan X Reader

Lay me at the bottom of the River

Smoke flooded the area and debris cluttered the river. The current was starting to pick up so the debris was heading down stream along with bodies of both walkers and people.

I woke up covered in fallen wood and glass. The building was completely collapsed, and I was under it along with everyone else. The building had fallen at an angle to where we all were trapped in its debris with water quickly filling in.

I shifted trying to move the wood off of me but felt a burning sensation near the bottom of my stomach. I moved the wood up just enough to get it off of me. I dragged my body against the broken wall in order to keep myself above water for a few more minutes. In my left side was a sharp piece of metal. It must've went through me when I got trapped under the building. I took a deep breath and gritted my teeth before ripping it out. Blood started to pour out making the water turn dark red. I tightened my shirt around it and let out a small scream before leaning up. Hopefully Lj and Negan are okay. I looked around and seen a broken wall with a hole in it from where a door used to be. Carefully swimming through it I made my way to the now sideways hotel lobby. I felt my body getting weak but I brushed it off, because finding Negan and Lj were the only thing on my mind. "Hello?!" I yelled out seeing if anyone would respond. "Y/N..." I heard a weak voice. "Lj!? Where are you?" I panicked. "In..here.." He said even weaker. Before I could make my way over a hand touched my shoulder. I screamed turning around instantly. "Hey...doll calm down it's just me." Negan said calmly. I glared but decided to deal with him later. I headed over to Lj's voice to see him lying down beside a broken door with glass shards in his side. I rushed over to him. "You're bleeding..." He said in a weak tone. "Don't worry about me little guy we gotta get you outta here." I slowly picked him up and ignored my side. We stumbled out of the building and got to land.

The building had been drifting with the current because we were back in the forest again, except this was a different forest. "Y/N you made it." Luke says running up to me and putting a hand on my shoulder. His face went cold when he saw Lj in my arms in pain. "you're both hurt. Here. Lemme carry him." Luke gently took Lj and we walked to find somewhere to rest and patch ourselves up. Negan had a couple bruises and cuts, I had a stab wound in my side, and Luke had a long cut on his forehead which was still bleeding a little. "Hey..We should probably talk about this." Negan said grabbing my arm letting Luke walk ahead. "Nothing to talk about. It happened, I shouldn't have thought we could actually have anything real anyway." I say taking my arm from his grasp. "Y/N it wasn't like that...just she said that she would let you live and let Lj stay if I slept with her.." He said standing in front of me. "You didn't want to leave her. You wanted her to come with us. After everything she did Negan. Answer me this..Did you still love her?" I searched his eyes for an answer. He didn't say anything and that told me everything. My heart wanted to break and I wanted to cry but there's to much going on right now to fall apart. I looked away from him and walked ahead catching back up with Luke. "Sorry that happened to you..You didn't deserve that." Luke says while giving me a look of sympathy. "Don't worry about it.." I say while looking ahead. We walked a little more and found a house by the stream. Not in the best condition but definitely could keep us warm. We entered slowly and searched around. I found a knife, Negan found a couple cans of food, and Luke found some medical supplies. He laid Lj down on the couch. "Y/N I need you to take the glass shards out." He said firmly. I nodded and turned to Lj. "Thos might hurt kiddo..Just bare with me." I say and he nods while grunting in pain. There's about 4 pieces in his side and everytime I took one out he was in pain. I finally got the last one and Luke cleaned and patched him up. I walked upstairs to one of the rooms and sat on the bed examining my wound. I'll need stitches again..
"Hey Negan stayed downstairs to make sure Lj was okay. We should probably patch you up now." Luke says whike walking over and sitting next to me. I laid back and lifted my shirt so he could fix the wound. "How'd that happen?" He asked while looking the missing finger on my hand. "I was escaping a place called the sanctuary and umm let's just say barn floors are pretty hard to move." I say with a slight giggle. Luke gave me a warm smile and patched me up. "There. It's not perfect but then again i'm not a doctor." Luke said chuckling. I sat up slowly and thanked him. He nodded and walked out of the room. I went into the bathroom and used the sink to wash the blood off my face. My hair was so tangled now that there was no fixing it.

I forced the tangles into a side braid and sat on the side of the tub. I started to think about Negan and everything that happened, Then my mind went to Luke who was this great man who seems to care about me, now my mind is on Lj who was suffering down there. I started to cry into my palms lightly. "Y/N..." I heard a voice say. I looked up with tears staining my face and saw Negan standing in the doorway. "What Negan." I say quickly wiping the tears away. "I'm sorry..I..yes I did still love her but I seen the kind of person she was when she attacked you..But I promise I only slept with her initially to make sure she didn't harm you guys." Negan says while sitting Next to me. "Initially? what the hell does that me. You started having sex then in the middle just decided you liked it?!" I said scooting away from him. "I shouldn't have Y/N..I'm sorry.." He says again. "Stop with the sorries.. I already told you sorry doesn't mean shit once the damage is done. Just because you're sorry doesn't mean you didn't have sex with her and like it." I say standing up in pain. "Y/N you should rest..You're stitches are gunna rip." He says standing with me. I push past him and head downstairs with Luke and Lj. I smile when I see Lj sleeping a little more comfortably and head outside were Luke is sitting on the porch stairs. "Well today sucked." I say looking at the sun start to set. "Understatement of the century." Luke says while laughing. He looks over at me and makes eye contact. "I meant what I said on the way over here. You don't deserve that." He says firmly. I look back at him and smile. He leans in and places his lips against mine using his hand to lift my chin up and deepen the kiss. I pull away for air and look at him shocked. "Um I can't tell if you liked it or not." He said laughing nervously. "Well it wasn't the worst thing that's happened today." I say smiling. Negan bursts through the door. "Lj has a fever!" He shouts as we all run inside the house.
