(Still Jesse's POV)
Danny left the house, shutting the door behind him, and I immediately stood in front of the girls.
"Attention all munchkins, your father has gone out and left Joseph and I in charge," I say sternly, pacing back and forth.
"Joseph!" I click my fingers in front of Joey's face, and he sets down his popeye doll.
Joey stands up, and posing like a soldier, he says, "Yes sir!"
Once I have Joey's attention, I turn back to the girls, going back into my lecture.
"Now, while we are in charge, there will be no jumping on the furniture, no inappropriate television, and," I point to Michelle, who is back in her playpen, "no stinking up the place"
Joey walks over to Michelle, and leans down to get her out of the playpen, "too late for that Jess" he says, wrinkling up his nose.
"Aw jee" I say, wrinkling up my face and sighing.
"DJ, do you have some homework to do?" I ask the oldest of my nieces.
"Yes Uncle Jesse" she replies, walking upstairs.
Joey and I take Michelle into the kitchen, lay her on a meat rack, and look around for diapers.
Suddenly, Stephanie walks in and sits at the bench.
"Are you gonna cook Michelle?" She asks.
"We're changing her diaper" Joey answers.
Steph looks at us like we've lost our minds and replies, "oh, then how do you roast a turkey?"
"Steph, Joey and I are busy," I tell her, then turn back to Joey, "Joey, strip her!"
Joey undresses Michelle and I begin to take off her diaper.
"Slide it off... and..." Joey grabs a ziplock bag and holds it open for the diaper to be placed in.
I give Joey as if to say' are you serious right now?' and place the dirty diaper in the bag.
We then pick Michelle up and hose her off, before sticking her butt in front of the fan.
Wrapping her in paper towels, we grab a plastic bag and stick her butt in it.
"Nice job, but next time try these" Steph speaks up, holding up a bag of diapers.
Joey and I look at her, shake our heads, and go to change Michelle again.
