Friends With a Monster

Chapter 10: tAKE ME HOME COUNTRY ROADS-

No POV

    A man, taller than Jason by an inch, stood at the door. He wore a pink hoodie over a purple turtleneck with a red-orange scarf to cover his neck. His hair was spiked up into three horns and at the tips were dyed grey. He had on jeans and one foot was bare, or well it was robotic so it didn’t need a shoe.

    He stood there, smiling. Jason was crying tears of joy. His scream was one of happiness. Jason opened his arms, going for hug but put them back down. He smiled, and grabbed the other man’s face. He got on his tip toes and leaned into the other’s man chest, giving him a big fat sloppy kiss on the lips. The other laughed and bent down, allowing him a better advantage on the romantic moment.

Jason was ascending, I mean he missed this man so much. He pulled away and looked at the taller, smiling a big grin.

    “I can’t believe you’re home- I thought you’d be away for more than a year! I mean we only talked like 2 hours ago-” Jason laughed, honestly he was just happy that his hubby is back.

    “I managed to bribe the general into letting me have 6 months a year off, as long as I made up for my absence. I’m so relieved too- I mean I thought I’d nEvEr get to see you again.” He grinned, standing up straight again. He began to walk into further into the house before Jason stopped him.

“Wait Finn, my ex is in there, she’s mad because I confronted her son for punching our new child, Matt. She’s mad right now and such.”

“Alright, I’m prepared mentally.” Finn shot Jason a thumbs up. They both walked in and saw Lucy standing there, Mark by her side. Lucy spat out the water she had gotten and dropped the cup. Finn and Jason looked at her, confused. Lucy just stared back, blinking a bit. Finn shrugged and went into the kitchen, not caring about Lucy or her child. He was sure Matt, his new child would be upstairs and they would meet soon. Jason just stood out in the living room, and continued his angry

glare at Lucy.

“I’m gonna go get more water.” She then picked up her glass and went into the kitchen. Lucy walked in, swaying her hips. She placed the glass down onto the counter and got close to Finn. He stumbled back, and into the wall. Lucy got closer, and Finn was very uncomfortable. Lucy went and placed an arm next to him, and Finn just slid down the wall, trying to leave. Lucy slammed her leg onto the wall, preventing him from leaving. She then bent down.

“Where’s a beautiful man like you going?” Finn looked around, he was very nervous and uncomfortable. He took in a sharp breath, and screamed.

    “JASON”Jason ran in at the speed of light with an axe and slammed it into the wall. Lucy screamed and ran off, grabbing Mark and leaving. Finn was shook. Jason huffed and puffed, running out after Lucy. He screeched as she got into the car, driving away. He growled and stormed back inside. He calmed down and jumped into the kitchen.

“What did she do? Did she hurt you? What happened? TELL ME EVERYTHING” Jason grabbed Finn’s face, turning it around to look at it. Finn sighed, breathing shakily. He grabbed Jason’s arm, to which Jason yelped and pulled back as it burned. Finn looked up, smiling at Jason. They both just stared at each other before Finn stood up and and offered his hand to Jason to which he hesitantly took it.

“I wanna see Matt, take me to him please.” Finn tilted his head, smiling greatly. Jason nodded, and lead him up the stairs. The door was closed, and locked. They could hear muffled shouts of pain through the door. Jason motherhecking kicked the door down and jumped in. Both Finn and Jason watched in horror as they saw their child holding his head and his bodily features deforming into something of a bat’s.
