Y/n's POV

"Y/N! WE NEED YOUR HELP NOW!" My employee burst through the door and i looked at then confused "What happened?" I asked as i stood up from my chair. "Hobi collapsed!" They panicked. I quickly run to the dog hybrid section. Before we continue, i'll tell you a bit of myself.

I am the CEO of 'Ears and Tails' which is an adoption centre for hybrids. We rescue them, treat them with hearts then let them be adopted. Hybrids used to be abused but now they are just pets that can help around the house. Not a slave, all of us are now much kinder than that, sometimes they even adopt them as their child, but there are still some horrible people who use them incorrectlt so we have a secret button in their collars that they can press if they are in an emergency or need help.

So far, we've only got one emergency call. The owner abandoned the hybrid. Society and the world accepts hybrids like they are human but with ears and tails which makes then cuter. But every hybrid needs to have an owner and they can start living on their own when they reach the age of 25.

As a CEO of a hybrid centre, i don't have one. I want one but work has been consuming my time almost everyday and i know i couldn't raise a hybrid properly like this. Hybrid needs attention and care but i'm always busy so i decided to not adopt one. But i see hybrids everyday, they can walk around the building and outside to the backyard which contains swimming pool, basketball field, soccer field, badminton court and tennis court, and also a garden and a gazebo. They also often come to my office because they say I'm their favorite human in the world.

Back to the story, We ran through the dog section and the hybrids that were in a big room all surrounded hobi. Hobi was a fun and loving dog, but sadly he was too hyper and nobody could handle him but we love him so much because he's very cute but he's also a bit clingy. "Excuse me" i said and they made way for me.

I pressed my palm against his forehead and saw that he was burning. "He has a fever. Couldn't you have checked that before calling me down?" I asked ny employees "sorry we panicked" she laughed sheepishly and i smiled at her. "Next time check first" i said and she nodded.

"Alright can someone help me bring hobi to his bed?" I asked and they carried hobi to his bed. The bedroom was big, everyone had a single bed at the side of the rooms, leaving the middle of the room empty so they could sit down there and talk. "Y/n, i can take it from here" jin, one of my closest employee said. "Thank you jin" i smiled "How's taehyung?" I asked, talking about jin's dog hybrid.

"Healthy and happy, he's very hyper but it's still bearable" jin said "once hobi wakes up, call me or just bring him to my office once he have the energy to walk" i said and he nodded. I sighed and looked at all the rest of the hybrids "All of you can relax now, he's fine, a bit of rest and he'll be as good as new!" I exclaimed happily to lighten up the mood.

"Really?" Bambam asked "of course! Have i ever lied to you?" I asked and they shook their heads. They came to me and i petted them one by one until they were satisfied. "My turn!" Minho said and hugged me. I chuckled and petted his head. "I have work, i need to go, don't worry about hobi, jin oppa will take care of him" i said and they nodded. Some went out to walk around and the others stayed and talked here. I stretched my body and walked back to my office.

I walked past the bunny rooms and i peeked inside and saw a bunny name jungkook holding yugyeom's hand. Jungkook always hold someone's hand, why? I shrugged it off and went inside. "Hey guys" i smiled "Y/N!" They smiled brightly and jumped onto me. I laughed and hugged them tightly. "You guys are so cute" i squealed.

"Why don't you guys go out? It's a nice weather out there" i said "I want to!" Yugyeom exclaimed "Then go out" i said and smiled but he hesitated and looked at jungkook who was not in the crowd as he looked anxious. "Sorry kook" yugyeom went back to jungkook and they both held hands again.
