Jungkook's POV

I was around 14 that time, a grade 7 student. We were no longer elementary students now, we are not kids anymore, it's the start of the pre-teen years. That meant we had to move school, me and my friend, yugyeom decided to attend the same school.

Luckily we had the same class too. We attended the entrance ceremony in the gymnasium outside of the school building. We needed to pass by the soccer field to go to the gymnasium. I looked at yugyeom who was smiling at me.

We were lining up and beside me were the girls in my class. Beside me was a pale girl with natural black hair, she had a flower pin on the side of her hair, a cherry blossom. Her skin was pale but she didn't look like she was sick, her cherry red tinted lips and the slight blush on her cheeks made her really pretty.

She turned her head towards me and i quickly looked away. "Hello" she smiled warmly at me. I turned to her and blushed a bit before greeting her back "What. Is your. n-name?" she asked with a soft accent. Was she japanese?

"Jeon jungkook, how about you?" i asked "My name is. Takagi Y/n" she introduced herself "Are you japanese?" i asked and she nodded "I. just started learning. korean" she said. She seemed to understand my words but she has a hard time talking fluently.

"Why did you move to korea?" i asked and she looked at me, confused "M-Move?" she repeated my word "Move, why did you get out from japan and get in to korea?" i explained and she seemed to understand the sentence "Papa and mama adult. study" she explained. Adult study? "Work?" i asked in japanese, a word i remembered from watching an anime.

Her eyes widened and she nodded happily "Work" i said in korean and she 'oh'ed, making a mental note. "Do you. understand japanese?" she asked "A bit, i watch anime" i said and she nodded in understanding.

"What anime do you watch?" she asked "Attack on titan, Slam dunk and detective conan" i said and she grinned "I watch detective conan too" she said and i smiled. We made short conversations, not even listening to what the principal said in front of the stage.

She was, amazing. She was so interesting, maybe because she was a foreigner but the things she liked and disliked were similar to mine. When the entrance ceremony was finished, we head back to our designated classroom.

"Hey, i saw you talking to the new foreigner girl. What's she like?" yugyeom asked as we walked back together. I grinned "Fun" i replied and he grinned "I can see hearts starting to form in your eyes kook, it hasn't been a day yet and you already got a girl?" yugyeom chuckled and i punched his arms.

"Shh, i don't like her" i replied "yet" i mumbled and he smiled, hearing the last word i tried to said secretly. We sat down beside each other since the seating arrangement wasn't decided yet. "Hello students welcome to your new classroom" the teacher smiled.

"I'm your homeroom teacher as well as your PE teacher, My name is Mr.Ahn. Today is only about the entrance ceremony and studies will start by tomorrow but before we head home, let's introduce ourselves" He said.

One by one, everyone stood up and it was Y/n's turn "Hello my name. is Takagi Y/n" she bowed "Oh are you a foreigner?" Mr.Ahn asked "Yes, i'm from japan" she smiled kindly and i could see a few girls who couldn't wait to be friends with her.

A few more students and it was yugyeom's turn. "I'm Kim yugyeom and this man is my best buddy!" he put his arms around me and our classmates chuckled and i was embarrassed, even more when i saw Y/n chuckling.

"Okay, good to know, next Yugyeom's best buddy" the teacher chuckled and i stood up  "My name is Jeon jungkook and i liked to play soccer with yugyeom" i smiled and sat back down. Since i was sitting at the last row corner, it ended with me being the last person.
