Chapter 24

BRITTANY POV

I woke up with my head banging , back aching , neck cramping , ,feet swollen and a little light headed. And on top of all that August wasn't beside me. I slowly lifted myself out of bed only for my query feeling to rush throughout my entire body. I rushed to the bathroom to relieve myself of the vomit that surfaced just that quick.

I emptied out my insides and used my hands to lift myself off the floor and from over top the toilet. I turned on the bathroom shower as I brushed my teeth.

Once the water was hot I hopped in the shower lathing myself up with my strawberry scented bath works. I made sure to wash my hair that was now growing back since I cut it a while ago.

Afterwards , I grabbed my towel and headed to the bedroom to dress myself. I felt a little better since taking a shower.

The cold air from the room sent goosebumps all throughout my body. I felt a chill and instantly regretted not fully drying off.

I was going thru my underwear drawer when I heard my room door opening. I didn't turn around tho because I was positive it was August. Being as tho no one knocked.

I slipped my robe off and looked at myself in the mirror as I placed my hair into a little sloppy bun. I'm so glad my hair is able to do that again I don't know what to do.

Not feeling like doing anything today is just slipped right into bed naked.

" That's how you feel ?" August asked me as he got into bed too. That's surprised me for two reasons.

1 . it's been weeks since the baby shower and he hardly talks to me because apparently I tricked him into having a girl. He believes I went to a " baby doctor " and got the gender of my baby altered. Only August would think something like that even exists in real life.

2. I figured he'd find a way to avoid me since he was a lil salty about us having a girl. I thought he books studio time today.

" No studio today ?" I asked him ignoring his question he shook his head left to right.

" Nah not today I'm chilling hbu ?"

" Yeah I'm not really feeling down to go out today so I have to let Remi know I'm not coming out anymore "

" What were y'all doing today ?"

" Just girl things. Like mani and pedis. Kurrency was gonna come along too I believe "

" Well as long as I'm not competing with Remi "

" What's that pose to mean ?"

" Remi likes women your beautiful. Do the math "

" Oh Shutup. She can't do anything for me "

" You sound like you know that for sure. You been with a woman be fo ? "

" No silly. I have not. But I rather a man "

" Oh Yeaa ? and what would you prefer this man to do to you ? " He asked smirking as he pulled me in closer to him. Just his hands touching at my bare skin sent a shock of wave thru my body.

Instant attraction. I got wet soon as he touched me.

" Uhm. Kiss me ? " I questioned. He laughed

"Where you want him to kiss you ma ? " August asked. His voice sounded like sex. All light and husky. I licked my bottom lip and he smirked.

" My m-m " I couldn't get the shit out to save my life.

" Why you stuttering ma ?" He asked as he put his hand on my waist and hovered over me , licking his plump pink lips. I tried to cross my legs to fight the feeling that I felt between them but he used his body to stop me.
