Dwarven Kingdoms
Dwarves live almost all of their long live underground. Most are miners and craftsmen, but also many among them are alchemists and runes carvers. All of those jobs bring a rather large profit to Dwarven kingdoms who are masters of gathering riches. Other side of Dwarven kingdoms are warriors and constructors who make war machines. Dwarves are very short humans with very stocky build. Male of their race often hold great pride in their beards.
Dwarves build underground fortresses which can hold out siege for years as long as defenders have supplies. Many among them have huge vaults filled with treasures which dwarves will defend exclusively, even more than their own families. Dwarves has cannons which shoot using black powder and they even make guns for the best of their shooters. While not the fastest when it comes to shooting it's very effective against armors.
They are one of the strongest races despite being the shortest. They can wield heavy weapons and armors easily, however, they are also the slowest.
Dwarves live in almost any mountain, digging and searching for valueable materials for crafting and selling. The biggest fortress where the King sits is in Clouded Mountains, who are so tall that they are going as far as clouds and even further, never fully seen as clouds doesn't seem to move from their spot. The actual King is called Margal the Dragon Slayer, called that for single-handedly killing three dragons to take back a gem he received from his Childbearer ( Wife ).
The oldest ( and grumpiest ) of all Dwarves is a lodge of Longbeards who are elite warriors and even better grumps, they have centuries of knowledge and king is picked from among them. The second most important figure after king is a Grudge Bearer, a Longbeard who is always at king's side and writes down any grudge against Dwarven Kingdom.
Dwarves don't care about gods. They prefer knowledge and science, they only person they look up to in spiritual way are their ancestors.
Dwarves can procreate with humans, their offspring isn't much diffrent from human except for being a bit shorter and bulkier.
Dwarven Units :
Gunners - Dwarf in medium armor with a rifle. Very good against armor but slow reload.
Miners - Don't underestimate them. They have heavy armor and their pickaxe can pierce armor. They also carry explosives with them.
Shielders - Heavy dwarf unit with axe and shield. Front liners.
Longbeard - Heavily armored dwarf going into battle with a huge battle axe, they lead troops.
Cannon - Artillery with a huge firepower and range but slow reload time.
Gremlins
Child-sized human-like creatures with pointy ears and face of child. While not the strongest when it comes to physical activities they are masters at architecture and love to experiments with metal to create all diffrent types of prototypes that they power with their natural energy magic. They are also rather mischevious and love to play pranks on others.
Gremlins live in almost every settlement there is and are helping around with building for money. They are also investors in all nearby shops and industries which often leads to economy growth. Gremlins act diffrent in the day, when they try to stay professional and mess around just a tiny bit, while at night they become main troublemakers and pranksters.
Despite their rather small bodies they also often have partner of diffrent species, like human or even elf. Gremlins' are very possessive when it comes to their partners and it's rare to find them apart once they're married. In comparision to human partners they seem like children which often leads to awkward situations. Angering them is not recommended as they can make all kind of bombs, don't have to be lethal - usually a stink bomb or a prank that usually ends up with damaged pride... The offspring in mostly gremlin, rare occurances of human babies.
Gremlins are mostly not combatant. They are mostly architects, inventors, investors are merchants. Rarely some become a thief. Gremlin inventors are often protected by hired bodyguards or golem they've made.
Gremlins belive in what the local populace belive which means that many of them are Divine's followers. They sometimes join church and become healers or alchemists making healing concoctions.
Goblins
Goblins are child-sized humans with small horns and sharp teeth. For most part they are even bigger troublemakers than gremlins and just love to show their physical strenght. While also small and not all that bulky they can wield most human onehanded weapons easily. They have can either live in cities or form bands with each other and diffrent races away from towns.
City goblins are usually merchants or work for some people as servants. Sometimes they are hired by royalty as additional bodyguards or servants. Often they are also thieves and robbers as not everyone was lucky enough to find a docile goblin instead of troublemaker.
Goblins from outside of cities usually become wilder which can be noticed by their actions and way of speaking. Wild Goblins are bandits, thieves, robbers or simply tribal community of hunters. They have a strange logic that a woman of big breasts is important. It is belived that it's coming from their logic that it means fertility and motherhood. Their culture and logic despite all makes those women something akin to matron. It's not surprising for a well-endowed woman to have a few goblins jumping around her, praising her and protecting.
Hobgoblins are subspecies of normal goblin. They are bigger than them but still around the size of a child. Their horns are usually bigger which leads to them often having their heads low. They are also leaders of bandit bands as they are very strong in comparision to their child-like look and can even tackle a large man... but they are also dumber than normal goblins.
Both goblins and hobgoblins can reproduce with humans and other races. In most cases the child will be a goblin.
Their skin tone ranges depending on the enviroment they were brought up in. From normal human skin tone to tanned and dark to even grey and light blue in frozen lands.
