Chapter - 39

Junhoe rang the bell and waited nervously on how his dad would react seeing him. The door was opened and Mr.Koo was standing beside the door looking at June with a little bit of shock.

He just went back to the living room and was watching the news. June moved towards the living room and took a seat beside his father. June looked at his father and Mr.Koo did the same. The air around them was so thick and they both didn't know how to start a conversation.

While for Mr.Koo, with his daughter he was easy to compromise but with his son it was something hard. Then he got reminded of the old days, whenever they both fight they will play video games. It was a little secret between them. So he thought that might be a good idea so he connected the video game and took two joysticks, gave one to his son.

June was first confused at his father behaviour took the joystick with a smile. He put on the CD and started playing Contra. Soon they got rid of that thick atmosphere and was enjoying the game that's when Junhee and Hanbin came back to the living room.

"How dare you both play without me?" Junhee came and sat between them and played along them.

"I'm his boyfriend...." He already said it. Jinhwan looked at us wide eyed.

"You are doomed" Junhee whispered to Junhoe. Junhee's dad looked at them wide eyed and let out a small chuckle. This time it was everyone's turn to be shocked.

"Welcome Mr.?" Mr.Koo asked to Jinhwan, Jinhwan took a second to understand the whole situation and eventually he answered, "Jinhwan. Kim Jinhwan"

"Nice to meet you" Mr.Koo said and shook hands with him. They all went to the living room, The Koo family sat on the long couch and Hanbin and Jinhwan seated on the single couches.

Junhee whispered on June's ears, "Why is dad reacting so calm? Did you say it to him already?" June shook his head.

"What Junhee you must be so shocked at the fact that I'm reacting so calm?" Mr.Koo read out Junhee's mind like a mind reader. Junhee's gasped at her father.

"Actually I know my son is attracted towards boys. I thought eventually come out to me one day but lots of problems happened in the middle for which I'm sorry towards my both children." He said and turned to June, "I'm sorry my son, I did grave mistake to you. I never once thought you are not my son. For some moment I just got carried away a little and did bad things to you. Will you forgive your father?" Mr.Koo pleaded to his son holding his hands. June started crying and hugged his father and that gesture said June accepted his apology.

"I just want my children to be happy from now on. Junhoe and Jinhwan-shi..." He paused for a moment to get Jinhwan's attention,

"I accept your relationship. If you want to get married I can come and talk to your parents or if you want to live together I have no objections. I will support your decision." He said and Junhoe thanked his father and Jinhwan just smiled.

Mr.Koo turned to his daughter and said, "Kim-seobang and Junhee-ah please get married soon and give me grandchildren so that I can play with them." He said. Junhee looked at Hanbin and winked without anyone knowledge and Hanbin was blushing mess.

They spent some more time before leaving the house. Hanbin turned to Jinhwan and said,

"Hyung, let's all meet at Bliss Restaurant at 8:00PM. It's my treat." 

"What's the occasion Hanbin?" Jinhwan asked.

"It's a secret. Junhoe-ssi you should attend too." Hanbin said and bid goodbyes to the couple.
