Chapter - 18

Jun Hee's P.O.V.

I'm standing in front of Hanbin but the words seem to be struck in my throat. I got to know his feelings towards me during that dance. It felt like I was in some fairy tale. Those love in his eyes gave me the courage to confess to him tonight. Now I'm here standing in front of him, feeling nervous. I could feel the sound of my fasten heartbeat. 

"Actually I wanted to say this from a long time.." He said breaking the silence surrounding us. While waiting for his words, we were interrupted by my phone ringing. I look at the caller id and saw it was from home. Should I take the call or reject it? I just put it on silence and looked at him. He smiled shyly with his dimple showing. I could feel my ears becoming red in just his smile.

"I think.." Again my phone was ringing. "It seems like emergency. Take it" Hanbin said. I excused myself and took the call.

"Hello.. Dad" I said.

"Mam it's your maid Mrs.Yun"

"What is it Mrs.Yun?"

"Your.. Your dad"

"Dad? What happened to dad?" My mind was filled with terror. What happened to dad?

"Your dad fainted suddenly holding his chest." It felt like my whole world was spinning.

"Did you call ambulance? I'm coming over." I said while panicking.

"No Mam, Mr.Kim was here he took him to Hanguk hospital. I tried to sir but his phone was not in switched off." I sighed in relief that uncle was there with him.

"I will inform him." I said and kept the phone. I could feel the tear trickling to flow but I have to stay strong. I said to myself.

Before going, I turned to Hanbin, "I'm sorry Hanbin, I have to go now" He looked sad, I'm sorry Hanbin.

I rushed towards June's meeting place but it was almost empty. No one was there. If the meeting was over, why the hell he didn't switch on his phone? I rushed to the parking lot and the car was nowhere to be seen. I had no choice. I just have to catch the cab. It was almost 11:30PM.

I waited in the empty road. Not even a cab to be seen. Please god... Please help me. I want to see my dad. That moment I broke down. I crouched down and let the tears flow. That moment a car was standing in front of me. I looked up to see Hanbin.

"Get on, I will drop you" He said and I didn't even waste a moment and hopped on.

"Where are you going?" He asked me.

"Hanguk Hospital" I said and leaned my head on the window. He was silent the whole ride and I think he did the right thing. If he asked one question, I would have broke down completely. He stopped in front of the hospital and I ran towards the reception to ask about my father. I said his name and they told me the room number he was in.

I took the lift and ended up in the 12th floor. I searched for room no.1202 and went there. I entered there only to see my dad connected with some wires and some monitors are showing some signals of his body. I looked around and saw a doctor.

"What happened to my dad?"

"He had a mild heart-attack. Nothing to worry. He just need some medications. He will be alright in a couple of weeks. But you have to be careful about something. This condition may occur again so please restrict yourself from saying any surprise news or sad news." The doctor said and went outside. Dad looks so pale. I held his hands and took a seat near him.
