When Rebecca was trying to kill Reeva Payge, the frost sisters, Sage, and Lorna. Andy used his powers to stop her. Rebecca assumingly broke her neck had the wall and bleeding on the floor.
What had actually happened was Rebecca fell into a coma for a while and woke up when Reed Strucker and facing Reeva in the meeting room.
