----Situations Bring Us Together----
You fell into the underground and were greeted by a goat monster. Her name is Toriel. She showed you around the house as she told you never to leave.
"If you were to leave... I don't know how far you'll get before they find you." You looked at her curiously, "Who are they, Miss. Toriel?" The soft look in her eyes turned into a glare, not directed at you of course. "They are the Royal Guard. My outside source has been telling me that it's gotten even more terrible out there. They've recruited someone else as the Captain. He's more deadly and will not hesitate to kill you, humans, anyone for that matter. Please my child you must stay in the ruins. I've already had many children leave and I'm hoping that the child that has just left is safe." You nodded knowing that you wouldn't make it out there.
You're not determined enough for that.
You yawned and asked where you would be staying. She showed you to your room and left to attend to other house chores. You sat in bed for a bit contemplating what got you here. You sigh and lean back on the wall. You closed your eyes as you breathed in and out. You opened them and laid down on the bed. As you were about to fall asleep you heard banging. You jump up and get on your feet rushing alongside Toriel as you both rush downstairs.
You stand behind Toriel as she instructed you. She pushed the doors open to see a hurt skeleton monster. Toriel had a look of shock and despair on her face. She told the skeleton to get in. He stumbled in and roughly fell to the ground. You walk over to him to help him up but he backed away with a terrified expression.
You sigh and put your hand out. "Hi, I'm (Y/n). Please let me help you." He calmed down a bit before he took his blood-covered hand and put it in yours. You pulled him up and put his arm over your shoulder as you helped him upstairs and into your room. Toriel followed slowly behind. You wanted to know what was wrong but decided not to ask until you seemed it was right to ask.
You lay him in the bed and left the room so you could clean the blood. You spaced out as you filled the bowl not realizing it was overflowing until Toriel turned it off. "Are you alright my child you seem out of it?" You nod dumping some of the water out of the bowl leaving enough for cleaning up the skeleton. You grab a rag from the cupboard and head to the room with Toriel. Setting the bowl down you ring out any extra water and start to clean the blood. He would hiss now and then but you would say sorry and tell him it'll be over soon.
As you promised you finished cleaning the blood and left the room to let Toriel heal his wounds. You enter the kitchen and dump out the blood water mixture into the sink. You clean the bowl and ring the ragout until the water was clear. You sat at the table thinking to yourself. "I know nothing about these monsters yet I've fallen here. I'll ask Toriel about it at a better time."
You lay your head on your arms and fall asleep. You didn't notice how tired you were. You woke up to someone tapping your shoulder you quickly fall to the floor and scramble to face the person. Hoping to the gods it's not who you think it is. With your terrified expression, you frantically look around the room watching as it turns into your house. And the person in front of you is reaching their hand out to you. You breathe heavily and slap the hand away from you. You glare at the person in front of you.
It's your mother.
She reached for you again but slowly, you hesitantly put your hand in hers. She carefully pulls you up as if you were a baby learning to walk. When on your feet you stare into her eyes and realize that they aren't the brown cold eyes you're used to. They were Toriel's soft golden eyes.
