Hyunjin's Point of View~
"Sooo," Jisung started. "Since Aerie's sitting with Lisa and Hayoon for lunch today, I think it's about time we had an important conversation with just us guys." Jisung's eyes scanned over all of us until eventually landing on mine. Oh great, I thought. "Anything interesting going on in anyone's love lives? Anyone particularly interesting to you guys?" For some reason, some of the guys glanced at me, wiggling their eyebrows.
"Er, uhm," I stuttered. My heart was pounding in my chest, and my face heated up when the first name that came to mind was Aerie. Just as I was about to say something, my eye caught Felix, who suddenly got very quiet and stiff, shrinking back in his chair. Then I remembered the time I saw the Aerie and Felix together in the hall and my heart clenched. I couldn't do that to him.
"You were saying, Hyunjin?" Minho ushered me to continue.
"Lisa's pretty hot I guess," I blurted.
"Wait, really?" Chan asked, surprised. "You like her?" I gulped and nodded and our lunch table immediately erupted with whoops and hollers. The guys clapped me on the back and cheered, saying things like "you gotta confess" and "ask her out", and all the while I couldn't help think of Aerie and the huge weight suddenly put on my shoulders.
