Kelsey was seriously. Freaking. Out. She had been home for a whole hour and had seen nothing and no one. She had jumped out of the cab triumphantly, only to see that her dad and brother weren't waiting to greet her with balloons and cake. She knocked on the door and rang the doorbell several times but no one answered. When she looked inside, she could tell that all the lights were off. She used her old key to get in, thinking that everyone was waiting inside hidden to throw her a surprise party. Nope.
They really forgot about her. How typical. She ran up to her old room, unpacking her suitcases amd tossing clothes into the dirty laundy. Her room was clean yet so 2010. She quickly tore down the lipstick-kiss stained Jonas Brothers and pre-puberty Justin Bieber posters and peeled the heart tickers off of the walls. She looked around. Her walls were paited a navy blue and her duvet was white. The whole room was nautically themed, with a life preserver mirror and a boat-shaped cabinet. After killing a few bugs, she went to go take a shower.
Twenty minutes later, she redid her makeup, pulled her hair into a messy bun, and threw on some leggings, her Uggs, and a cute red sweater with lace on the hem before laying down in bed. She took a quick selfie, and put it on instagram with the caption: "guess who's back! #beaconhills".
After posting, she clicked on #beaconhills to see who else had posted with it. She clicked on a post from a local new company and read: "Recent String of Murders Possibly Not Over: Killer Still at Large #beaconhills".
Gulping, she clicked on it and read on. The news story was all about how since there had been several different series of killings in the town lately, one of the killers might still have been free and lurking in the area. Kelsey strated getting dizzy. She knew that things in Beacon Hills were bad, but not that bad!
She felt a panic attack coming on. She had started getting them after leaving for boarding school. The school psychologist had perscribed her meds and rolde her to inform her family. She took the meds at first, then stopped when she realized that they amde her too tired and confused for her liking. She didn't tell her family either. They had enough to worry about.
Half an hour later, Kelsey finally calmed down. She checked her phone and saw that Stiles had liked her photo. Great. Know he knew that she was home and still hadn't even bothered to text or call. She started to wish that she hadn't come back at all.
