The Deep, Dark, Dangerous Depths

5 2 1

The deep, dark, dangerous depths
surrounds me. Pressure pounds
and my head pluses.
Losing air like helium from a balloon.
Above me waves
WHIP
and
WIRL
and
WAIL!
Surround Surrounded Surrounding
THE OCEAN SHOVES ME UNDER.
I beg and plead to be left be.
Hopelessness
hounds
me
down
and
I'm
hung
left
to
dry.
