Merely Human

I am a leader,
they follow my commands.
I'm not always right, don't follow blindly.
But I try to be the best leader I can be.
And they understand my flaws,
and I attempt to understand theirs.

Tomorrow is another day,
I'll wake up and try to be strong but,
I'm not always right, don't follow blindly.
Nobody'll see me break down.
The stress is always plentiful.
Snipping and snapping if things go wrong,
and I sometimes forget about others emotions.

Besides all the troubles,
they'll always be at my side.
And I respect all for their loyalty.

I, too, am merely human.
