Okay so we'll need 4 new algorithms and the letter M for this.
The letter M is for Middle. It follows L if you can say that.
Here's the pic you saw in the beginning of the book. We really don't use E and S in speedsolving though. Only pay attention to M.
For this last step you have to pay attention to where the edges should go and choose an algorithm accordingly. You might not choose right all the time but don't get discouraged even if you mess up the cube completely.
These are taken from a document by JPerm again. (Omg it autocorrected it to sperm and I just can't deal with that)
I don't do them like this but this is the fastest way to do it. If you're curious...
I do:
R U' R U R U R U' R' U' R2I don't do this one like this either. To do it the way I do it you have to turn the cube 180° and do:
R' U R' U' R U' R' U R U R2
For this one, try switching up all the U's with U''s for easier execution if you're right-handed. JPerm is a leftie which makes doing this with U's easier for him.
This is a very leftie-oriented algorithm.
For the right-handed people, tryU M' U' M2 U' M2 U' M' U2 M2
Hopefully, you found this book somewhat helpful.
I really hope it was easy to understand and that you could utilize the information I gave you to solve the cube.
