It's a sad day for the Riverdale fandom. Some of you might have already heard but in case you haven't - Luke Perry (aka Fred Andrews) passed away this morning.
He was only 52 and leaves behind his fiancé and two college-age children. From what I've gathered from the news headlines, he suffered a major stroke last week and succumbed to the complications while still being observed in hospital.
My heart goes out to his family and friends, and to everyone in the Riverdale fandom. I hope the show finds a way to pay some kind of tribute to him, and give Fred a proper send off, later on down the line.
RIP Luke Perry.
