Vivian's P.O.V

"These pictures are fantastic."

"Really? You think so?" I asked the photographer. This month, I was going to featured on the cover of Cosmopolitan. I was pretty nervous, considering this was my comeback. I haven't been mentioned or barely seen in the public eye since the Armani fashion show.

I also did an interview with Cosmopolitan, explaining how I suffered with an eating disorder, and how it lead to the humiliating tragedy that happened at the fashion show. I talked about how I've recovered and continue to recover from it. I wanted to bring more awareness to the topic.

And of course, yes

And of course, yes. They did ask about Justin.

Although this time, I didn't hide my feelings towards him. I mentioned how he played a huge part in my recovery, and how much I appreciated him being there for me. I want the world to see how much he means to me.

I could possibly even say...that I love Justin.

That I'm in love with Justin. Everyday, my feelings grow stronger and stronger for him. There was no denying it. Even saying out loud that I'm his girlfriend brings butterflies into my stomach, and they're uncontrollable.

But that wasn't a conversation I've had with him yet. I wasn't sure if he even had put a thought into the L-word.

"Yes, this picture right here. That's the one. That's definitely what we're going to use for the cover." He says as he points the computer displaying all the pictures we've taken today.

I study the picture a little bit longer, and smile to myself. I haven't felt comfortable in my own skin and a long time, and it was such a good feeling to be happy and confident again.

"So we'll do minimal touch up, and then send you the final product." The photographer said, packing up his gear.

"Great, thank you so much." I say to him.

I walk back to the dressing room where Rowen and Boone were hanging out in.

The old gang was back together.

"Finally!" Boone groaned. Boone, my long time bodyguard, dreaded coming to these things.

I laughed and began taking my makeup off at the vanity. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I can't control how long these shoots take."

"How'd it go?" Rowen asked.

Yes, Rowen and I still worked together. I know, shocking. After the way she treated me? I should've fired her on the spot, right?

Well, after the fight and mishap at the show ...and my "break-up" with Justin, Rowen was there for me the most, aside from my mother. She showed a side of her that I have never seen before, and didn't really see the damage or pressure she was putting on me before. We had a long talk about it, and built the love and trust we had before this all happened. Things were going pretty well.

"It was fun! I'm exited for this issue to come out. They also said I could take any wardrobe I wanted home soooo...," I jumped out of the vanity chair and skipped to the clothes rack they had in the room. I started going through the outfits, and pulled out the ones I wanted and threw them into a pile.

Boone groaned. "We're going to be here forever." He leaned his head back in annoyance.

"You guys are welcome to leave! Justin said he'd pick me up as soon as I was done." I said.

Rowen and Boone groaned and Rowen threw her arms into the air, and onto her hips.

"You couldn't have told us that two hours ago?!" She exclaimed in frustration.

My cheeks got hot. "Sorry, I forgot." I immediately felt bad but their tantrums amused me.

"Alright, we're leaving. We'll see you soon." Rowen kisses me on the cheek, and Boone ruffles my hair at the top of my head.

My phone vibrates on the table. It was a text from Justin. I smile ear to ear as his name appears on my phone.

Justin: Almost there baby

I quickly pick out a few more outfits, and then pack them all into a suitcase which included shoes and makeup also. I almost forgot how much I loved being a model, and the benefits it came with.

I escort myself to the back of the building where the exit was. Justin has done plenty of photo shoots in the same building, so he knew to drive around back.

I peeked my head outside to see if there were any fans or paps hiding out. No, Justin and I weren't hiding anything...but we still enjoyed our privacy.

Moments later, I see his black Range Rover pull in. He smiled and waved at me, wearing his sunglasses that blocked most of his face and a hoodie over head head, so no one would recognize him.

But I'd recognize that smile from anywhere.

He pulled up next to me, and rolled his window down. "Need a ride, pretty lady?" He pulled his glasses down to where I could see his eyes, and winked.

I giggled and grabbed my suitcase. "Yes, you creep." I joked. "I just need to throw this in the back real quick." I say making my way to the trunk. I struggle to pick the suitcase up.

"Oh wait, babe. Let me help you real quick." He says quickly unbuckling.

"I'm capable, I promise." I laugh. I reach to open the trunk.

"No, no, no!" Justin repeats in a panic.

As it opens, a vase full of sunflowers and roses shatter to the ground.

"Ouch!" I squeal. I looked down to see blood running down my shin, assuming the glass had cut me.

"Oh shit, Viv. You're bleeding!" Justin quickly runs to the passenger side of the car to get something from his glovebox to cover the wound.

I assumed these flowers were for me, and I had ruined his surprise like a total idiot.

With the flowers on the ground, I saw a little card with writing on it. I knelt down to pick it up and read what it says.

To Selena,

Sunflowers are supposed to provide energy in the form of nourishment and vibrance. They radiate warmth and happiness, as so do you. Get well soon.

Much love,
Justin
