Book #2 to Dating Rumors
It's official. Justin Bieber and Vivian Faye are boyfriend and girlfriend.
Everything is going smoothly until certain people try to pop back into the picture, causing Justin and Vivian to face some challenges.
With their...
I sat Vivian up onto the kitchen counter next to the sink, as I held a wet rag against her cut to stop the bleeding. It was nothing serious, but the glass had gotten her pretty good.
She held her leg out for me as I scrubbed off died blood spots, and cleaned her cut thoroughly with soap and water.
"So that was really what the call was about?" She asked, referring to when Scooter called me, after I had explained everything.
"I mean, technically he did get onto me about Kells...so I didn't lie."
"Justin, I want you to know that you can be honest with me. I'm not mad. I'm not upset. Just hurt that you weren't comfortable with telling me about this in the first place."
I pursed my lips, feeling guilty as hell. I should've been honest with her from the start.
She sighs. "Literally!" She giggles and points to the cut.
I slightly smile. "I know, I'm sorry. I just know that everyone and their mother knows that I have history with Selena. I wasn't sure how you'd take it."
I gently apply Nesporin to her wound. She winches a little bit, and sucks air through her teeth.
"I'm sorry, babe. I'm trying to be as easy as I can." I tell her.
"I think you should go see her."
I frown and look up at her while opening a brand new box of band-aids. I was shocked to hear that. "What?"
"I think you should go see Selena." She says again.
"Nah, I don't think that's necessary. I was just going to send her the flowers to her and call it a day." I shake my head.
"Yeah, but visiting her will make it more personal." Vivian shrugs.
I scoff. "Yeah, no shit. I don't even know why she wants to see me in the first place. Like, what are her intentions? You know what I mean?" I try to explain to her.
"It's alright, I trust you."
Hearing her say those words brought a warm feeling to my stomach. I couldn't help but smile a little.
"Also, regarding why she wants to see you and all, I think you'd regret it if you didn't."
Maybe she was right, but it all still seemed so complicated to me. It barely made sense.
I place the band-aid carefully on her cut, and put the tiniest bit of pressure on it to made sure it'd stick. "All better?" I ask her.
"No, but a kiss would help." She pouts her lip out slightly.
I laugh and hold her leg up, and placed a kiss on her shin. "What about now?"
She laughs, hops down from the counter, and wraps her arms around my neck. "Much better, baby. Thank you." She gently kisses the tip of my nose.
Before she pulls away, I grab her by the waist and pull her in for another kiss but on the lips.
"Mmm," I lick my lips as the taste of her's lingers. "Mango chapstick?"
She opens her mouth and lets out a chuckle. I could tell she was impressed. "Wow, you're good."
I unwrap her arms around my neck, and intertwine my fingers with hers. "Why don't you come visit her with me?"
She scrunches her nose and shakes her head. "I don't think she'd like that very much."
"I could tell her you're coming with me. If you're not comfortable with me going by myself and-
"Justin!" She laughs, cutting me off. "I think you're more uncomfortable going by yourself than I am."
I groan and throw my head back. "What if paparazzi catches me going to see her and then all these stories come out about how I'm cheating on you and this and that."
Vivian grabs my chin her hand, forcing me to lock eyes with her. "Like I said, I trust you.The key to every relationship is to trust one another. And remember, we're not caring what everyone else thinks. You and I both know you won't be doing anything wrong."
Sounds cheesy, but I could feel my legs turning into jelly. She was so understanding. This girl, her words, the way she spoke, her confidence now. It was all so sexy. I still couldn't believe she was my girl. My girl.
"You're fucking coolest, you know that?" I smile at her.
She laughs and shrugs her shoulders. "So I've been told."
I laugh and press my lips against her's one last time. She really was the best, and was even bringing out the best in me.
