"Aaron wake up, We have to hide and quick!"Garroth shook me awake. I stared at him for a second, taking in his words. I realized what he said and then ran to the crates the girls were hiding behind. Garroth followed and ducked out of sight just as the doors burst open. A woman with green eyes stood in the doorway, surrounded by many wolves. They spread around the room, searching. Why were they here? We made our way through the open door of the garage and listened to the woman whenever she spoke. It was silent for a while, until she suggested to the wolves that they "go back".
We stayed where we were until the door shut. "Uhh. . . What was that?"I asked, hoping one of them knew more than I did. "Kim heard wolves howling nearby, so we both woke you and Garroth,"Lucinda explained. "Huh."Is all I said. "Let's go look around more,"Kim suggested, peeking around the door then, deciding once more that it was safe, walked into the main room. The others followed her, and I was about to too until I saw a glint of green somewhere in the corner of my eye. I turned my eye and saw it was an Emerald? What would an Emerald be doing here? Maybe I'll give it to Aph when we get back. . . .
